Why do African-Americans complain about someone looking at them if they the ones looking at you?

Sometimes, African-Americans be looking at me before they asked me, “who are you looking at?” Black women be looking at me in public out of jealousy, or with the evil eye.

I have been there I know how u feel. Black women always give me evil eye with no reasons I never see or know them in my life yet still give me evil eyes that why I will never date them. My guess is they don't like clean black guys and prefer hood gangster guys

Yea they still don't care cuz they feel protected with gangster or bad guys I hear about girls sent mail to prison guys all time more than guys who don't have prison records

Yeah, my co-worker used to work at Wal Mart and said a black guy threatened to beat him up for making eye contact with him. They also don't like to be photographed.
