Because they are trolls who hate being called out on their trolling, and this is a genuine question please believe me, how can you be muslim and Jewish at the same time? I understand being a Russian Jew but if you studied Russian History, it was literally impossible to be a Jew in Russia even under the tsars rule let alone the soviet era.
