Before you do someone a favor, do you ask yourself "does she/he deserve my favor"?

I'm not talking about favors done to people who really need help. These are social responsibility that don’t even count as favors.

The favors I am talking about are ordinary favors.

For example, I don't answer of the people who ask "Am I pretty/handsome?" here. Because I don't know her/him and I don't know if she/he is someone special enough to deserve my sincerity or favor. At the same time, I am horrified to read the opinions of many people who are trying to make these “people they don't know” feel good.

So, before you do someone a favor, do you remind yourself that they probably don't deserve your favor, or are you happy with being a freelancer fairy godmother as a side job?
