it depends. Most candidates exaggerate about their past records. Some however outright lie. They say outlandish things like marching in Selma with MLK and breaking Nelson Mandela out of jail. They say they graduated at the top of their class in Law School at Syracuse University and that they know nothing about their son's business dealings with foreign countries. All big whoppers. That person should be recalled and tried for fraud on the American people.

Depends if they have completely no knowledge whatsoever in their subject then yes they should be removed

But on the contrary. isn't lying how a lot of people get jobs or are in the positions they are in today. Minimal skill sets are not enough to get through the door for a position so we lie to get an opportunity.

If yes, we need to go back and inaugurate Hillary in place of Trump. He didn't speak for 15 seconds without lying and NEVER came clean about his finances even while in office. The man was completely corrupt

I believe when you fill out the application to run for office, you sign a clause stating the aforementioned information is true and accurate. If it can be proven that a candidate falsified his application, then he/she could be removed. However, this is a false "resume" we're talking about, so it would need to be decided in the courts or by a recall election.

The opponents, in this case the Dems, should have vetted all of his history and exposed it prior to the election, with proof. But we're talking about the Dems, who by and large are fairly inept at these tasks, unless it comes to fixing a national election. LOL Then all of a sudden, they're geniuses? LOL

Sure, so long as if people who are elected are also removed for lying. Lets remove all politicians for lying about experience, history or current promises.

If they lie, then remove them.

This would include Biden in his promising new renewable jobs after killing fossil fuel jobs. Those small towns still are waiting for those new, better paying renewable jobs that have yet to materialize.

Sounds like another attorney dreamscape. "Mr. Smith, you claimed to have worked at XX from June 1999 till May 2012, but their records show you actually started July 1999. You are hereby removed from office." The nation would be run by the courts.
