If preference is an individual choice, why then are black people the least desirable across all non-black races?

In the states for example, 51% of black men are single and childless. The highest out of any ethnic group. Similar, black women are considered the least desirable out of all racial groups often getting the lowest response rate compared of women of other races.

Now, if preference is suppose to be an individual choice that we have no control of, why is it so paramount across all racial groups to see black people as the least desirable? I mean, we are suppose to be individual and yet this seems to be a "preference" that many people share.

I can't speak for other countries, but here in the US the answer to all of this comes down to one word... culture. African American culture has a lot of serious problems, and for the most part they are self-inflicted. Yet they have a deep seated victim mindset and blame everyone else for their problems... everyone except for the only people who are actually to blame and can actually do something to change their lot for the better... themselves.

Blacks commit a disproportionately huge share of murders and other violent crimes and they are very irresponsible in reproduction and parenting. The vast majority of blacks are born to single mothers, and black fathers typically do not stick around to do their duties as fathers and providers.

The biggest reason blacks are least desirable is they have a well-earned and self-inflicted image problem. People generally do not want anything to do with African American culture, and that should not be surprising to anyone.

Not unpopular but why is it so pervasive among all different racial groups? Can one call something a preference if vast majority share it? When does one drawn the line between preference and outright discrimination?

There is no line, one call it preference, other call it discrimination, anyway you can't force people to date black people, and Asia don't care about political correctness.

Most people desire their own race, if they had only one race available then they would have no choice but pick one they are attracted to

I bet you a third of the country's men will not only say I prefer Black woman, they will say I prefer more than one black woman.

If this were true, why then are Asian women leaving their own men in favor of white males?

Success, leadership, confidence, etc. are generally attractive to men. Who leads America and makes it the greatest country in the world? The White men that make up the majority of the country. If you immigrate to a country it's because you like the country and want to be part of it. The people who make the country desirable will likely have traits you find desirable.
