2022 began for me with learning the "joys" of sleeping rough and getting stabbed with the broken bottle of a homeless guy who apparently never learned the phrase "you're in my spot". That's pretty hard to top- but it was just ONE crazy homeless guy.

2020 featured me losing a job I was a VERY good fit for because I refused to endanger the children whose safety I'd been entrusted with, and went on to feature months of former friends and neighbors turning into vicious assholes screaming death threats at me because I refused to endanger the entire species.

This last year has been pretty lousy, but things are still trending upward.

2020 really sucked but after spending two years with Biden as president it seems like the good old day.

I had a life in the first 2 months of 2020, I had friends and reasons to be hopeful and grateful. In 2022 I feel lost, confused, frustrated, angry and disgusted with myself.

Just hope I don't feel this way in 2023.

2020 was worse cause I was lost and had no way out and trying to find myself. In 2022, I got more direction and clarity and was no longer lost and was no longer unsteady in my expectations or plans.
