If people don't like a certain question being asked instead of being rude to the asker, how about they not answer and move on even if it is repeated?

Well for starters, "rude" is relative. People do not universally agree on what actually constitutes rudeness. Some get angry, or hurt, at anyone who simply disagrees with them. While otoh, some commenters are extremely rude and abrasive to a legitimate question and Asker.

Some Askers only want people who agree with them to comment.

Some commenters are trolls whose only goal is to criticize and sling mud.
