Child support agencies in the state where I live will not pursue a woman for unpaid child support, but very vigorously go after men. Is this practice actionable and a violation of equal protection?

Interesting how women are avoing this question here. I wonder how many of them are supposed to pay child support and don't do it, and have never gotten in trouble for not doing it.

The URESA offices in my state go after women as well as men. No discrimination here in Florida, not that I have observed.

It would take a very large study or a systematic review of their records, although I doubt they even keep such records. $$$$

Liberals have packed the courts with liberal judges. Their idea of justice is to enforce the laws they like and ignore the rest. Where I live it is a mandatory 1 year in jail for possession of an unregistered hand gun. It is never enforced because only gang bangers got lugged for it si the liberal judges decided it was racist

If those actions are a matter of law, they are in violation of the 14th amendment. If it’s not, targets can sue the agency for unlawful harassment. A class action lawsuit would be most effective.

Sure, a class action against a government agency. Nobody has enough money to do anything close to that.

Child support is usually managed by “friends of the court” agencies. They’re not actually a government agency. Class action lawsuits are effective because the more plaintiffs there are, the less it costs each of them. There are also attorneys who will take such cases pro bono or for rates levied against any monetary settlement.
There’s only one way to guarantee subjugation. That is to do nothing about subjugation, especially your own.
You can lie down and cry about victimization, or you can fight. Your choice, but don’t expect pity or support if you won’t even fight for yourself.
