Why do leftist talk about civil rights and ignore me when I talk about human rights?

Civil rights are the right to not get beaten over the head. The right to not be harassed. The right to not have stuff happen to you. The right to get welfare. The right to get services.

Human rights, are being respected equally, having freedom.
