Geesh. So its a post of 1950s relihious housewife versus had to write about something and sensationalise it feminist. They're both just doing their jobs really. Sometimes that means being provocative.
I firmly believe in not telling people what isms or belief to have but rather just giving them the means to evaluate what is good for them. So i wouldn't ever tell a kid to exclude someone for their political affiliations. Myself however, I feel it has been a very long time since feminism was about equal rights and not just a political platform for gender wars.
I also believe that anyone who sincerely wishes to make a positive change would speak of that rather than their politics. That is, if you simply ask someone if their daughter (existing or future) should receive the same compensation as anyone else for what she does, everyone agrees. Similarly if we say that men underperforming in school needs to be looked at the same way we looked at women underperforming in the past, everyone agrees. Someone who can't put the change above the brand they identify as simply does not prioritize changing it enough.
As a man I tend to agree with most of what she says. However it is a two-way street. Clearly she has a husband who is loving, faithful and earns enough money to support her. If you're a young woman dating a flake you have to prioritize your own career as a form of self-preservation.
No but she should treat you good and you treat her good. and most feminists make their own money so you will have nice things.
