We've had mass shootings before but, why so quickly?

First of all, you need to look at why ONE mass shooting happens. Then you need to realize that when those things happen repeatedly, on mass scale, not expecting more outbreaks of violence is frankly idiotic. Then you reflect that social isolation, economic damage, and the collapse of the rule of law have CONSEQUENCES.
