So far so good. Few things, but I try to let it go and be more positive and try to solve any issues before it can happen.

I have had a few bad years. Funny... I brought it up the other day... my best friend and my sister agreed and remembered the stuff that happened to me... all is pass. I know.. the future is better. All I can do.

Yeah. The child predators that targeted me when I was younger just got released from prison. Apparently repeadtly beating, making death threats, raping and gang raping a minor for two years is a slap on the wrist. Saw them standing outside the local mosque recently, brought it all back.

My worst year was last year. Too many shitty things happened to me. I am hopeful that this year will be different. And I am off to a hopeful start I think.

Although I would also say, that I have done a lot of growing in the past year. It was a painful year but now, I am at ease.

Currently I have PTSD, insomnia, gastro, head lice and my period is three days late. Yesterday i went to my 42 year old sister in-laws funeral after watching her slowly starve to death with locked in syndrome from a stroke she had 12days ago, leaving her children orphaned because her his gang himself a few years back, yesterday was also my uncles birthday and he had a heart attack and died. On Saturday I didn’t go to RHCP concert I’d spent $1400on tickets for. Managed to sell them for $350 which I gifted to family to cover dying expenses. There is more but it’s all just too much for now

Great fried messaged me 6 days before Christmas with stage 4 liver and lung cancer, next day I found lump in boob and was symptomatic for breast cancer, daughter OD’d on nye and was still having ocular seizure’s 5 days later, she seems better now.
My father ran himself over with a tractor and got compartment syndrome nearly lost his leg.

Doesn't stress cause periods to act wacky? Insomnia and visiting funerals is never fun.
Can't really say much for your tummy problems. Stay hydrated and eat easy to digest food stuffs, but I bet you already know what to do.
The best I can suggest it to take a few days off. Everything you just listed feeds into each other and it's just a vicious vicious cycle of "fuck you". Hope you have a good husband, you need a good hug right about now.
