Why does it seem like Philadelphia, New York City, and Vancouver BC, have the most drug problems?

The bigger the population of a city or state then the more drugs use, more rapes, murders, robberies take place.

Been to Washington State (Seattle is actually one of the least drugged cities I’ve seen) DC, St Louis, Chicago, New Orleans, Miami, Atlanta, Baltimore, LA, Vegas, Denver, Houston, Austin, El Paso. Nothing like Vancouver man.

Good question, I wonder if population has anything to do with it. San Francisco is bad too, as well as Portland.

Seattle has dealt with the problem much better than Vancouver. I’ve never been to Portland or San Francisco.
