Yes because the first time I had never been pulled over in my life but this police officer pulls behind me and is so close it’s scary. I pull into a McDonald’s for some food and bang there are the blue beamers. I stop and put the car in park and start shaking. I’m thinking what’s going to happen? To my surprise the officer was a really nice female officer. But I was still nervous because even though her gun was in the holster, I dunno guns scare me I guess. She asked me for my license and registration. I told her I keep my wallet in my front pocket before I took it out and gave her my license. I told her my registration was in the glove compartment and she acknowledged and I gave that to her. She noticed I was shaking and asked if I was alright. I said I was nervous and it was the first time I had ever been pulled over. She said it was ok. She also said I didn’t do anything wrong but the reason I was pulled over was that one of the license plate lights was burned out. I immediately went out from nervous and scared to shock and curiosity. I said can I see? She said let’s finish this and I’ll show you. She gave me back my registration and license and said ok come here. We looked and she showed it to me. She said I’m going to let you off with a warning but definitely get that taken care of as soon as you can. I said yes ma’am and I want to thank you for everything and may I shake your hand? She said yes and we shook hands and said have a good night. I said you too and be safe. We both drove off and I got my food and really felt good about that stop. 👍🙂 🚔
No. Cause I wouldn’t be doing anything wrong. I’m not a criminal. However if I do get pulled over I wonder why, the only two times I got pulled over was once for speeding and the other for having a faded license plate.
Word of advice, keep your hand visible, do as they say, be polite. And I can guarantee you they’ll be nice back. It’s when people are arrogant and argue when cops escalate.
Something to consider, cops deal with criminals everyday, some of them violent. Ask yourself, when every single person you pull over could potentially kill you. Wouldn’t that put you on edge? Yes, it would. Which is why you need to do those things I mentioned otherwise it won’t be a good day for you
when i was learning to drive a police car came up behind us with the sirens and speed and everything, i knew i had to pull to the side but what i didn't realise was that i had to move a bit more forward so it had space to move between me and the other side but i instead panicked and just stopped right there
I always do. Even if I'm driving and I pass one sitting on the side of the road I'll get a rush of sudden "oh shit" even though I'm going the speed limit.

I always have the dashcam on, so if they stop me for something they think I did wrong and I didn't, then I know I have my proof there.
And if he's right and I indeed did something wrong but I didn't notice... Well the cop is just doing their job.
And even if they're unsure, better to be safe than to ignore.
As a white male military veteran with a weapon in the vehicle I am terrified of being executed by a government thug with immunity from prosecution in New York.
Was once blocked by two police cars as a bank robbery suspect. They didn’t even say have a nice day or sorry to detain you when they left. I know they were doing their job. But my HD3500 truck didn’t look anything like the out of state car that they were looking for!
As for your question. I check my speed and try not to do anything stupid!
Any person would because there is bound to be a reason you are pulled over... It's not because cops are evil awful people- who bother putting on a uniform every day and going out to risk their lives to protect people...
Yes, but only because I have a guilty conscience. Almost every driver has a guilty conscience because no on drives by every rule 100% of the time.
Not usually, more pissed off than anything. Just recently I had it happen on the way home from work. He followed me most of the way home, even his in my blind spot as if trying to catch me. Wasn't nervous, just mad.
No, I don't feel anything, last weeks I had cops at my doors and I was just confused as to why they were there since I never do anything illegal turn out they didn't got the good dress XD
somewhat. I've had that happen more than once.
I'm as "sweet as pie" talking to them...
there's nothing to worry about if you've done nothing wrong
All the time haha even just seeing them drive on the opposite site
My brain just goes "Oh shit, cops" even tho I'm nost of the time totally innocent
Nope, not at all. I know that I’m not doing anything wrong.
No. I'm chill about it since I haven't done anything.
Yes uneasy. The first time I got pulled over was like 2 years ago for speeding. I pulled down my window and he was already yelling at me. So uncomfortable.
Yes. I do. I’d rather not be another Sandra Bland.
A little, if their sirens go off I need to find a way to move aside.
Yes, I would do so, even though I'm not doing anything wrong.
But then I am neither in yankee land nor black, so what should I be worried about?
I may not be doing something wrong in the moment but I feel like I'm gonna get pulled over for something I possibly did at a different point in time.
Nope. Just make note of it and continue on.
No worries.
