No, Trans and Dragqueens are different groups of people.

Dragqueens are just guys who dress up as the typical over the top women, satire of a women... Their sexuality has nothing to do with it, some are homosexual, some are hetereo, some are trans.

Trans without gender reasignment, just has the old genitals. Unless you see him/her naked you may never know.

No. They are very different things. Trans people are valid even if they decide not to take hormones or have surgery, it's a big decision to have to take medication/do injections for the rest of your life. Plus surgery is expensive.
