Haha! Nobody believes that crap. With everything that has been written and said about Meghan Markle in the British press for being 1/10th "Black" or whatever. No one has went to jail or even been reprimanded. The only instances I can find of social media arrests in the UK have to do with the trans community.

Stop dragging "Black" people into your shit. The UK is a sovereign nation, if you don't like it don't go there. I stopped going to Russia over ten years ago, because government officials were too corrupt.

Her name is Caroline Farrow. She is here being arrested.

If anyone wants to actually learn about these issues in the UK, I recommend the UK free speech sites.

@Jackblue I didn't say people didn't get arrested for twitter posts. He keep dragging "Black" folks into this discussion about the "White" race being denied rights.

As though "White" people are going to unite everywhere to rise up against the "Black" people.

The fact is most of these twitter arrests have to do with slur and insults towards trans, gays, public officials, deceased military personnel.

      And gays/trans are his people.

      Not mine.

That is batshit crazy times insane, taken to the fruitcake power.

People have the right to choose the type of government they want in their own fucking country. If you don't like it don't move there.

But all of this is bullshit. Because you don't give two solitary fucks about free speech.

Usually the offense is homophobia or transphobia. That's why I went and found the evidence myself.

He doesn't do research. He does youtube. Right now, there is a serious debate about social media posting in the UK. But that's because you can be arrested for speech, period.

That is pretty standard throughout Western Europe. And it is because of their history. You Taliban freaks are too extreme for modern civilization. All of you, have issue just coexisting on this planet with other people. That's why you are dismissed as terrorists.

free speech doesn't exist in social media. if you don't say something that gets you arrested in your own country but they don't like it, they will just delete what you said.

heck they can even silence a sitting president of the united states of america. social media and free speech don't mix. you can only say things that are within their narrow permissable opinion corridor or else you'll be shadow banned, your reach will be limited, your posts deleted or your account terminated.

it's private companies after all. they can do what they want.

Yeah the Twitter files completely nullifies your argument. All this censorship that has been going on has been orchestrated by the government behind the scenes, this was not initiated by private companies. They were doing it at the behest of the government.

I was saying this a while before the Twitter files but people didn't fucking believe me.

my point is that you good sir must choose your words more wisely if you wanna be taken seriously. you can't just say that something "completeyl nullifies someones argument", when in fact most of it was perfectly aligned with what they niitially said and it's just one dtail you disagreed with. and upon me pressing you on that issue, you dodge and evade. that's not good manners and not a good way to have a civilized conversation in which your conversation partner is gonna take you seriously.

do you think these companies didn't have the choice to "not let government officials tell them what to do"? don't you think maybe that was just "the more profitable option for them" so they did that?

and you can still stand by your argument. that however doesn't take away from the fact that you saying " that completely nullifies someones argument" was a horse shit generalizing statement ignoring the vast majority of what i said that you actually did agree with.

your correct initial reply should have been: "i mostly agree with what you said, i just don't think that these companies are doing that in their function as private companies. instead i think that they are rather influenced by governmental entities". that would have been the correct way to state your disagreement without acting as if everything i said was completely false in your opinion, which it actually wasn't. so yeah. may be take that as good advise for future conversations you may have or go fuck yourself :D i don't care. there's nothing left to say in this conversation. so cheers man.

In Saudi Arabia its not ilegal to rape your wife. No rape victim would come forward in Saudi Arabia because of the shame if a cousin raped them.
To show Saudi Arabia's attitude to rape it wasn't that long ago that a muslim cleric accused his 5 year old daughter of not being a virgin, then he beat her, then he raped her and then he murdered her and burnt her body. He was given a fine, like he'd been caught speeding.

Of course, Saudi Arabia has 1/10 the population of the U. S. And women aren't allowed to go outside without male escort.
Also, how many Saudi women are raped or murdered by family members? How many of those cases get reported to the authorities? In fact, how many Saudi women would report any rape in light of the fact that it could get them stoned to death.

But leave it to a Brit to deflect attention from their shit government by trying to compare the U. S. with the anus of the world, Saudi Arabia.

Russian government outright kills people for false opinions.

Read some of Anna Politkovskaya's books.

She saw what was coming, spoke the truth and had to die for it.

No they don't. Russians who mistakenly disagree with the government simply also mistakenly think they can fly and tend to fall out of windows.

Sorry but to me he's just another lying Russian. And he didn't mention all the people Putin murdered or sent to the gulag.

It sounds like to me that you don't want to acknowledge how bad Britain has become. Perhaps before criticizing other countries for being authoritarian, we should clean up the West first.

Yes, I remember the story of that lady who is silently praying in front of an abortion clinic and was hauled off by the police. Britain does not have free speech.

Nobody expects Russia to be the good guy. Before we start pointing fingers it is best to clean up our own rooms is it not?

How many millions has the British empire murdered around the world in places like Ireland, China, Africa and India? Same with the U. S.
And where is the evidence of "Putin's" atrocities? The west makes Assad out to be a mass murderer, too, which is laughable.

@Lliam I don't find either Putin or Assad funny. You had to go way back in history to find Britain's crimes. That's weak what-aboutism.

Russia of course punishes people more severely, but it is still shocking.
