The word "Democrat" is often associated with several positive connotations, including:
Equality: Democracy is often associated with the idea of equal representation and equal treatment for all citizens, regardless of race, gender, or socio-economic status.
Freedom: Democracy is often seen as a form of government that upholds individual freedoms, such as the right to free speech, religion, and assembly.
Fairness: Democracy is often associated with the concept of fairness, as decisions are made through a majority vote and all citizens have an equal say in the political process.
Representation: Democracy is seen as a form of government in which elected representatives are accountable to the people they serve and represent their interests in government.
Responsibility: In a democratic society, citizens are often seen as having a responsibility to participate in the political process and to hold their elected officials accountable.
While the word "Democrat" is often associated with positive connotations such as equality, freedom, and fairness, it can also carry some negative connotations in certain contexts. Some of the negative connotations that are sometimes associated with the word "Democrat" include:
Bureaucracy: In some cases, democracy can be seen as bureaucratic, slow-moving, and inefficient.
Gridlock: In some political systems, democracy can lead to gridlock and stalemate, with opposing political factions unable to reach agreement on important issues.
Disunity: In some cases, democracy can be seen as fostering disunity and division, as individuals and groups compete for power and influence.
Inadequate representation: In some cases, democracy can be seen as failing to adequately represent minority groups or marginalised communities.
Short-term thinking: In some cases, democracy can be seen as promoting short-term thinking and narrow self-interest, at the expense of long-term goals and the common good.
The Democratic party is a puppet of globalist masters. They wreak death, poverty and destruction everywhere, including here at home, in order to usher in the One World Government/New World Order/Great Reset.
Loyal democrats (followers of the Democratic party) are idealists who have no idea what's going on. They think the party is the party of JFK, civil rights, compassion, and democracy. Well, it's not. It's rabidly neoliberal (fascist), power hungry, and corrupt to the core.
But a person has to research way beyond school books and headlines to understand the first thing about the actual motives and tactics behind national and global events.
The Republican party ain't much better. But at least it has more respect for the constitution and the preservation of an independent USA than do the Democrats.
None of the above. A (true) democrat (not 'Democrat' as in that political party all the way over there in the US) is someone who believes in a political system that is open, free, free from corruption, and where the citizenry actually have a say in how it works. There is no nation on Earth that has that in my opinion, because they're all far too corrupt, and it's big business that actually rules.
Traitorous communists who don't believe in freedoms, that think the government is the solution to every problem it creates.
Things such as anti-freedom, anti-capitalistic, anti-self defense. They want us all to rely on the government for everything... from wiping our arse's to getting fed.
They want us all as slaves.

I'm going to have to say "lier".
Granted this doses not distinguished them much from Republicans but democrats with the help of 80% of the press and most of the tech manipulators are particularity accustomed to getting away with lies until reality becomes impossible to ignore.
actually the KKK comes to mind first. cause the kkk originated from the founding fathers of the confederate states that used to fight for slavery.
That's vaguely ignoring the 2 parties switching platforms
@Sirenboobzilla "platforms"? what do you mean by that?
Today's republican and democrat platforms (what they belive so to speak) were flipped back then. Back then, the Republican party stood for what the Democratic party stands for today and vice versa. So, you're technically correct from the viewpoint of the 1800's
@Sirenboobzilla so are you saying that back then the republicans were liberal and against big government while the democrats were conservative libertarians?
Pretty much
@Sirenboobzilla hmm. i'm very skeptical towards that simply because of the fact that all the historical crazy fascist bullshit like adolf hitler, mousolini, stalin and even north vietnam and china today are mostly left wing extremist fascist things. so the KKK and confederate states are actually consistent with such ideology.
but i'm not an ideologue. i care for truth. so i will have to do some research myself to see if there's something to what you just said. thanks for the input.
north korea*** xD
There is a theory that they switched but it is unproven, no one can say when or how. Usually it deflects but I also find it hard to believe two completely different parties totally swapped platforms, but anything is possible.
After all civil war Republican's did like to ignore the constitution, lie a lot and other things to get things done... sounds like Modern day Democrats so maybe they did switch.
@Aerissa_Jade yeah well the right/left spectrum meaning actually changed a few times. it comes from the french revolotion, where the capital, nobility and basically rich folks would be represented by seats on the right and the middle class and the more simple people to poor people were represented by seats on the left.
but then left and right changed meaning from that towards "left" meaning more socialist vs. right being more libertarian.
later the left right dichotomy were also used to describe the ammount of "state control" you have in a society. extreme left would be anarchy and extreme right would be absolute totalitarianism.
i don't care so much about parties lying or ignoring the constitution. they both did that and continue to do that, so that's not really something to get on the fence about in my opinion.
when i speak about "democrat" vs "republican", i mean that as in "democrats being rather left as in rather having socialist tendencies" and "republicans being rather right so having rather libertarian tendencies"
so would you say that according to i use these word, would you say it ever changed completely 180 or no? @Sirenboobzilla would like your input on this too.
so to make an example: Hitler would be extremely RIGHT by the "totalitarianism vs anarchy" spectrum but extremely "left" by the socialism vs libertarian spectrum. that's why we have the new and overhauled "political compass" model today, which still has a bunch of flaws.
Same thing I think when I hear republican, they're both the same party at least as far as results go. The only difference is which bullshit they're spouting at you. That is until the orange man made both parties freak the fuck out by actually looking out for American interests.
Be careful about accusing others of virtue signalling, I believe the virtue you see is usually less than 2% of the virtue you do not see.
The first thing that comes to my mind is "democrat"
As with either Republican or Democrat, I think bullshiter. If they're in office or want to be in office, they're a parasite only caring about their friends, families, and special interest groups.
Freedom, advocates for bodily autonomy, fairness, equality, helping ordinary people, caring about the born children as much as the unborn children.
All were good answers so I just picked the first option.
Revelation 18 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
Same thing as conservative or Republicans.
Tyrants
I picked "Double Standards" out of the poll options. However, the first thing that comes to mind when I hear "democrat" is "retard".
laws for thee none for me . Members of the CCP trying to make us an outer Boro of China
The first thing that comes to mind is the Athenian democracy in ancient Greece, people with long beards talking in front of a lot of people.
The color blue.. but also an elephant.
Make of that what you will.
Linear thinkers who are usually ignorant of how the real world works.
All of the above.
All of the above, in addition to, slavery supporting, racist pieces of shit.
Same as far right Republicans... morons
Politics are dumb. people should not even bother. It’s just a war amongst the people.
yup. war amongst people that the politicians and the lobbying companies profit from.
