If this is the same person as before, I'd recommend wearing what you're most comfortable with, as you're already going to be out of your element. It might be a good idea to wear the color of your preferential party, as others are likely to do the same- it might help you find other like minded people, since this (to you) is as much social interaction as it is political.

Doesn't matter. Zelensky was seen not wearing any of those business suits either and he does just fine. Maybe even better than those suit wearing western/european presidents/kanzler in times of armed conflicts.
