Am I racist if I consider the UK to be a white country even though there are non-white people born and non-white people who have immigrated to the UK?

Ok let's look at this logically.
According to stats 81% of England are white as are 93% of wales. Therefore it is Ok to say they are predominantly made up of white people.

However calling it a white country is racist because it implies they have a higher legal status and rights or ownership of the country.
