Do you think life in prison or the death penalty sounds worse?

To me life in prison without parole seems worse. Imagine how it would feel spending over 20 hours per day locked up in a cell for the rest of your life.

Also the thought of never being able to ever again go to nightclubs, restaurants, beaches, other people’s houses, travel on holiday to foreign countries, Christmas parties, birthday parties, hotels, weddings, cinemas or shopping malls seems sad to me.

A dead person doesn’t have to worry about these thoughts.

But imagine being locked up in a cell knowing you are going to be put to death, you just don't know when, one day you can wake up and they open your cell, you know you only have a few minutes and everything you know and love the feeling you'll get knowing that you know nothing about what's after is what should scare someone, if they have no faith in religion of course

Agreed, many would kill themselves, but I’ve seen Orange Is the New Black, and inmates had more freedom than just to be in a cell. It’s hard to imagine only four hours a day are inmates allowed to be out of the cell.

Although I would hate losing my life I think life in prison is worst if I know I'll never ever get out

I’m going w life in prison. When I worked there we’d see other inmates nearly beat to death. All kinds of things happen in prison that would make you wish you were dead.
