i think in principles when it comes to this question. either killing is right. or it's wrong. and if it's wrong, it's never right. no exceptions. not even for punishment.

It depends on the crime.
But I did just hear about this Utah law wanting to pass or passing a law for the death penalty for sex offences against minors. It's hard to say no to that.
Premediated intentional murder with absolute evidence of guilt should result in execution. Less than that, life at most.
They should be forced into slave labor to benefit the family of the victim.
Life in prison because it's probably worse.
Premeditated murder should be rewarded by putting to death.
Up to them in my opinion
Not everyone convicted is guilty.
