Like, Your own newborn kid. Many hate the name of Adolf (noble wolf) or possibly Karen (is it really hateful?). Some say a kid shouldn’t be named Jesus (pronounced G-zus), but aight if it’s Jesús, the Spanish name. As long as it’s not offensive and goes not against Your spiritual beliefs, it should be OK to give a kid the name.

The worst I've ever encountered was a guy named "Zhang Mu Han"; "Zhang" trades off with "Li" every few years as the most common surname in the world, and "Mu Han" is the Chinese form of Mohammed, so...

However, at one point years ago, some friends and I were celebrating New Year's by reading through a book of baby names (yes, my life actually IS that exciting), and we read the story a woman who named her three sons Christmas, Demon, and Mom. I don't care what your thoughts on sexual politics are; naming a kid "Mom" is child abuse, pure and simple.

Interestingly, one of the few good things Hitler did was to forbid the German people from naming their children after him.

I agree that Christmas, Demon, and Mom are weird names, but my love has a tomcat named Mama. Is there something wrong with Mohammed or Mu Han? Muhammad means something like praised one in Arabic.

Adolf Hitler was an evil person, but his name? Really? My Flower Girl took the surname Khan. Anyone who knows the history of Genghis Khan knows why it’s as ‘bad of a name’ as Adolf.

Not "wrong" as such, no, but it's the most common first name AND the most common last name; there's not a HUGE cultural overlap, but it's a ramped up "John Smith".

Ian Patrick Nightly as his monogram would be I. P. Nightly. I also new a kid in my public school who's last name was "Down", his parents named him Gordon Oliver without thinking. He had an Uncle named Oliver. His nickname quickly became "Go" as in Go-Down and his monogram was GOD. Whenever, we had a question we couldn't figure out, we would say, lets ask GOD?

I remember from Diary of a Wimpy Kid this pupil named Peter Uteger. People made fun of his initials. Also this basketball star named Preston Mudd (P Mudd — pee mud). Initials can sound weird and mad.

I love exploring and reading. ISIS can also be called ISIL (Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant?), which I prefer to not confuse it with an old schoolmate.
