I got a hold of the old schedule.
Of course they let the tranny take 2 fucking weeks off for its surgery without ending their season, but I took 2 weeks off to go to Italy and they ended my season. Tell me where are the rights of normal people in this country?

I think you're going to face a compromise here, because the company is interested in making the company work and it's an untold (or told) rule that any personal matter should stay personal. So as long as your transgender coworker is doing their job well without interfering with annoying comments about you, or being very bad at delivering the work done that obstacles all the team, well your own personal issues won't be addressed by your supervisor, of course. If you tell your supervisor (in a politically correct way or not), I think they will push you to accept it, or to resign, because they don't want to deal with your personal issues, that would be one more thing to manage which is typically avoidable instead.
(Imagine if every worker at any work place really say what they think about their colleagues and expect to get their preferences met, the office would stop working at all because too busy in fighting).
So I think you will anyway work with this transgender colleague, but, you may obtain to change your role a bit, to get less in contact with this person. You could find another excuse to change your desk location, or to get more responsibilities in another area of the building.
While if you want to tell the real reason (at your own risk) you could say that you are not used to interact with transgender people and that some behaviours of this colleague distract you and make you weirded out, that you tried to get used to that but still no luck and you keep getting distracted and uncomfortable, so you would like to work more serenely in another department if possible. However, they will ask you about those problematic behaviours (they don't want someone problematic in a team) so make sure to have some real things to say about that.

There's no politically correct way to say that. You either lie and say you don't want to work with them primarily for another reason (use an actual reason—like maybe they talk very quiet and are hard for you to hear. Don't get them in trouble for something they didn't do, that would be unethical and unprofessional). This runs the risk of them just fixing that problem and leaving you together though.

Or, you can just keep things very vague and refuse to elaborate. (Ie. "I'm not comfortable working with this person, and I don't believe any good will come from me explaining why. Can I work with someone else instead?") If possible, have a suggestion ready for who you could switch to work with and who they could work with. This may not be helpful but it at least shows you put some thought into solving the problem.

Alternatively, you could evaluate why you refuse to work with a transgender colleague, and see if maybe you overestimated how important the issue really is to you. It's possible you're operating on an old principle you don't really live by anymore. You may not lose any real integrity by allowing yourself to work with this coworker, even if you disagree on an ethical, political, practical, or even metaphysical level. I'm sure you've worked with people you disagree with before.

You can ask if there is anyone else you can work with. Make an excuse like "We don't get along together" or "We always disagree on everything" or "They make me uncomfortable and don't know why". Something like that. If your supervisor says that there is no other option then your only way to avoid them is to resign.

And the examples I provided are not "Politically Correct". They are just professional excuses. You should care more about being a professional than being PC.

You can make up a lie and say you don't get along. Whether they believe you or not, be prepared to get turned down or fired. Managers hate getting involved in personal clashes. You are expected to get along with your co-workers whether you like them or not.

Sorry to tell you but normal people don’t have rights. Only trannies, queers, illegal aliens, and race-baiters have rights in America. There isn’t any “winning” this at your place of work. They will accommodate them over you ten times out of ten. It’s up to you to decide to tell them “why” you are quitting.
