The anti-whitists will obviously get furious at even a mention of such a possibility, but since that was before photographic imaging even existed, and since history does get rewritten after new agreements get made (e. g. abolition of slavery) - surely someone must have noticed the persistent 'we got disadvantaged and want money from other people's work' African Americans are prone to?

It is a bit delusional for blacks to claim being oppressed when there are well over a billion of them in Africa alone, and if all non-whites are included, probably over 7 billion (a lot more prosperous historically than the blue eyed whites of whom there are maybe 20 million globally).

You and I are not responsible for the Atlantic slave trade. But the domino effect of history does give us more opportunity that blacks. So as an economic issue alone, giving incentives to black communities would be great for all of us.

Not at all. There are close to 2 billion African blacks on the globe, and another 3 billion Indian blacks. Economy = procreation/population growth. For one child policy they should be monetarily, not economically, incentivised. Crucial to know and undetstand the difference between those terms (monetary ≠ economic ≠ financial ≠ money supply ≠ interest rate etc).
