I really quite think it is indeed a fucking crime (although women rapists probably get less penalty), but You know what I’ve read? In the State of IsraHELL, there don’t seem to be any laws about a woman forcefully fucking a man.

If a person had intercourse with a WOMAN

(3) when the WOMAN is a minor below age 14, even with HER consent;

then HE committed rape and is liable to sixteen years imprisonment.

Because the FBI defines a rape victim as the one being penetrated which is 99/100 the woman. Made to penetrate is not considered rape as far as the FBI is concerned and we also have Hermessmann v Seyer to allow the female rapist to sue her victim for child support.

Technically the way the law is written in a lot of states, if an underage girl forces herself onto a boy no matter who is older the woman is now the victim of statitory rape. What's even crazier is that all the criteria would be met for the boy to basically be labeled as a sex offender.

It is- it's just (in most jurisdictions) a LESSER crime. It's rarely prosecuted, though, because men don't get empathy and women don't get respect- when the two meet...

There is an unspoken assumption that males enjoy this. While that may be the case, it is irrelevant. Women who are raped sometimes have orgasms during the rape.
