Girls are fickle... it's probably how you present yourself. Some cultures may reject upon race, but in general.

I see all sorts of combinations where I'm at. It could be a regional issue. Usually though, it's the guy... needs to up his game and learn.

It's probably just your attitude and how you respond to rejection. Or how you treat girls. I highly doubt it's racism. And if it is, maybe just work on moving to an area with more diversity in it? I know there are areas that still have heavy racism but America is pretty big.
