In my conversations with black folks, I think I can count on one hand the number of times a black woman has wanted to talk about race issues. Let me tell you what's really annoying: when you're a black woman and you date outside your race and get judged for it. Yet black men date outside their race all the time, but no one bats an eye 🙄

For anyone saying I'm exaggerating, you're either not black, or never dealt with the issue before; yes, it's a double standard within our community.

Anon, you're not the only one- I've primarily dated outside my race as well, and yes, I notice people seem to look down on black women interracially dating for whatever reason. But if ANY other race does it? No big deal. It's as if we're expected to be "loyal" to our race, even if black men aren't interested in us, or they're not always a good fit for us.

I wish you weren't anonymous (though I understand why, especially on here), because I could pm you so many youtube channels I follow I think you would enjoy- I'm not going to post them publicly because again, I know how people are on here.
