News of the rapprochement between long-time regional rivals Saudi Arabia and Iran sent shock waves through the Middle East on Saturday and dealt a symbolic blow to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who has made the threat posed by Tehran a public diplomacy priority and personal crusade.

Israel is the public excuse used to Foster closer relations between the two countries. Saudi Arabia is a powder keg of Islamic extremism and needs peace with Iran, Iran is tired of being economically out in the cold, Iraq needs time to rebuild and overall. America wants the oil/gas of all 3 nations and has dictated to all 3 that it wants peace and cooperation in the area. The writing is on the wall for Russia and Iran is in an area of strategic intrest to America in the Caspian sea and central Asian region.

This not making sense. Reproach means to disagree or condemn so if Saudi Arabia reproached Iran that should be good for Israel 🇮🇱?
