How do I feel less overwhelmed by all the changes?

I’m facing so many changes all at once. I’m starting volunteer work twice a week, rejoining choir group once a week, joining a new church group over the weekend and I finally scared off my stalker. I’m also changing therapists, for my depression and anxiety disorder. So these are all good changes, but they’re a lot to take in all at once, especially when you’re Autistic. My question is, how do most people stay calm with so much change in their lives? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks 😊👍
