My cousin might live in Texas so what are the odds she is affected by the inclement weather for parts of Texas?

We all understand what your question is. What I think people are trying to get you to understand is that Texas is a very large state, over 800 miles east to west and 850 miles north to south and the weather could be completely different 100 miles apart let alone 850 miles apart. It's like asking what are the chances someone will experience inclement weather on the East Coast and not knowing if they live in Massachusetts or North Carolina. You need to narrow down where she lives in Texas if you want a meaningful answer of the likelihood she'll be affected. Or just go to weather. com yourself, look at the national radar map, see how much of Texas the path of the storm looks like it might hit and then just make up a number if that's all you're really looking for.
