For the USA what is the largest threat China, Russia, or Mexican drug cartels?
China:
1: Steals our intellectual property
2: Building a navy to control the western pacific.
Russia:
1: Invaded the Ukraine.
The Mexican Drug cartels:
1: Practically control much of northern Mexico right on our border.
2: Use the above mentioned territory actively work to create and smuggle fentanyl across the border killing 10s of thousands of American every year.
3: Their armed wing is increasingly becoming a threat to the border towns and states on their smuggling routes.

Why are you guys so anti-dictators? Imagine if America was a dictatorship. You could let 1% of the people have all the nation's wealth. You could help your rich friends get richer by cutting their taxes. And bailing them out when they gamble and lose. You could ignore the needs of the poor for health care and education. Your media would appear free, but would secretly be controlled by one person and his family. You could wiretap phones. You could torture foreign prisoners. You could have rigged elections. You could lie about why you go to war. You could fill your prisons with one particular racial group, and no one would complain. You could use the media to scare the people into supporting policies that are against their interests.
Why are you soo hooked on the idea of equity?
We are a country built upon the idea of protecting freedom and equality under the law NOT equity.
In freedom with diversity you will nessarly get very unequal outcomes, this is in fact the point. For the only way to have equal outcomes is to deny you the freedom to live as YOU would choose!
This is to say take your life from you in making you live it as we choose instead in the interest of assuring a more 'equal' outcome.
Given it is politicians skilled only in acquiring power who would be making your life choices for you that outcome is almost invariably a form of misery.
Agreed. I will tell you what democracy is! Democracy is the worst! Endless talking and listening to every stupid opinion! And everybody's vote counts, no matter how crippled or black or female they are.
There is nothing wrong with Limited Constitutional 'democracy' in deciding who should lead merely unbounded democracy where a small majority gets to rule on every issue of life.
Said democracies soon enough oppress and murder themselfs using the unlimited power their leaders assume.

I am fair more concerned about the army a few miles away actually killing and terrorizing very large numbers of Americans and Mexicans both directly and indirectly.
Than the Russian or Chinese army on the other side of the world currently killing no Americans.
True Mexican drug cartels do not have nuclear weapons and in a direct fight would stand little chance. But at the same time there isn't a direct fight and as such the drug cartels are having their way with us and Mexico.
They are in fact threatening and actually taking control of towns distributing their poison and directly kidnapping, terrorizing, and killing large numbers of people.
The Chinese and Russians have had no such luck.
I don't hate Americans, I think many of them are misinformed, is all. Maybe it will be sorted out when Trump's on trial and everything comes out in the open on must-see TV.

I'm afraid there is little faith in the court system as even remotely independent. We have seen far too many cases of overt 1 sideness and frankly less than honest proceedings.
What reason do you think having a show trial would do anything beyond make more people even more convinced of that reality?
You don't put former presidents on trial for political crimes in democracy for a good reason, it poisoned the well of trust for large numbers of people in said institutions.
Like a Trump appointed judge deciding that he should be treated specially in the stolen documents case, or the Republican SCOTUS "justices" deciding that Roe v Wade wasn't all that settled, after all?
You put criminals on trial because they've committed crimes, and Trump has committed so very, very many crimes.
Consider this: would the USA still exist today if someone who lost the presidential election was installed as president over the wishes of the citizens of the country?
No invading army could manage that, wherever they originated.

Trump was objectively bad at politics looking at things thou the presumption of everyone was interested in making money, as such he appointed a lot of people who later stabbed him in the back including people like Nikki Haley who he already knew was against him. That a few of the 226 judges trump appointed turned out to be leftist is hardly surprising.
Nor does it speak particularly poorly of trump given how many of the supreme court judges allegedly appointed by republicans turned out to be lawless leftist. The reality is appointing judges is very much constrained by the senate leaders.
If SCOTUS judgement on overturning Roe v. Wade were settled democrats would not be committed to reimposed row's court created law on everyone in every state. Which again speaks very clearly of the intolerance of democrats for anyone's right to govern themselfs. Everyone including people 1000 miles away has to do things their way.
Never-mind that overturning row really didn't change anything as abortion is still just as available in democrat states and anyone who really wants one can just go live there.
To commit a crime you have to be capable of committing said crime, Trump Constitution had every right to declassify any document he wanted, anyway he wanted, any time he wanted, for any reason he wanted.
Secretes exist in the executive branch for the protection of executive policy at the discretion of the president. The other crimes you charge him with are basically speech crimes which is to say the crime of a tyrant and no legitimate crime at all in a free country.
As for a president losing a presidential election being installed anyway ending the USA, we seem to still be a country despite the fact that Joe Biden was installed. Althou Joe Biden seems to be working very hard to stumble the country into a unwinnable nuclear war in compensation to Ukraine for all the money they paid him.

So? He's never made that claim in court, and it wouldn't matter anyway, the documents belong to the government, not to Trump. He stole them. If he'd handed them back as soon as he was asked, nothing would have happened. He didn't, he kept them hidden, lied about having them, and even had someone who almost certainly had no security clearance upload some to the cloud.
Stealing the presidency from the person the American people elected is not a "speech crime", don't be ridiculous. It's the crime of a tyrant alright, the one who thinks his opinion counts more than the American people's.
Biden won the election, fair and square. Everybody's known that since November 2020, including Trump and the other people who conspired to steal it from him.
No Trumps SCOTUS picks turned out to be good, that's not nessarly true of every one of his justice picks. Still Trump or at least the Republicans who provided him with said list have gotten better.
We been over this before that's not what our Constitution says, nor can you claim trump was unwilling to let the goverment have whatever they wanted given he let them literally look thou the stuff, as was actively engaged in dialog.
Democrat simply wanted to abuse state power against their political enemies again the same thing they had been doing for years. With that raid however they really screwed over the republic. As now every president going forward is going to be that much less willing to step down peacefully.
All of them now know there is no limits and they will be at the mercy of the guy who just waged an ugly election campaign against them.
This was a really really bad thing for America. This 'federal' power either goes or the republic will fall because of it.

There was nothing fair or square about the 2020 election, everything from censorship to how votes allegedly casts and counted in key states was dishonest and corrupt.
