I work in higher education and except for the students that are military veterans, most kids have grown up indoctrinated by a failing public school system and have had a steady diet of fake news and Twitter. All this has created the empty headed, non critical thinking that now permeates college campuses.

Okay Actually I teach computer science and I find a good number of my students to be serious, conscientious young people. College culture however is blatantly biased. Conservative activists are not allowed on campus and radical terrorists are toutinely paraded through like heroes. I see this all the time. The school I teach at has me keeping track of pronouns. It is sickening. I will not fail anyone in any of my courses because I am afraid of being labeled a racist and I feel like I have a target on my back because I have Trump sticker on my office door.

I graduated in 2021 my degree is worthless unless I want to see you right after two years of schooling to become a lawyer, in which case I do have to subscribe to the left wing ideology. @exitseven I did fine in college I’m actually thinking I would go to law school politics science or history are pre requisites for people with history degree. I fortunately didn’t take out loans so I don’t have that to pay back. Was thinking of going to law school but I need to save up like I did last time or given that Joe Biden might just pay off my student loans. I might just go with that. (Joking) but 2 years of law school and lawyer make a lot of money so even if I get loans I can easily pay it back within a few years

@exitseven or run a museum, Historical research and interpretation of dead languages a lot of companies like to hire people who know the history of the area. There a lot you can do with a history degree (just not in a farming area). If I went to Tacoma or seattle I’d get a job in the history field easily. It’s not like a gender studies degree or a degree in black culture or something like that which is just completely meeting lesson you can’t get a job other than teaching, the exact same subject.

I have worked for a pot farm for a couple years gave me enough money to pay for the first year law school and second year I can take out loans I’ll be able to pay it off within a couple years of law school maybe the first Since I don’t plan on going to Harvard
