One debate I often get into is whether affirmative action is a real thing, and whether or not it is a good thing (if one admits it is real).
So, to define affirmative action (in practice): it is to give greater opportunity to non-White/ non-Asian people in college admissions & hiring.
The question is, do you think this exists (not whether you believe it is right/ wrong; although, you can add that in there).

Many people think Affirmative Action was done away with; others simply replace the term with Holistic or Racial Conscious admissions. What do you think?
