Russia had lots of parades with missiles where the spirits of our ancestors bless them to kill more infidels.

I think it displays poor judgement and character by leaders. Quite often families have lost people over the years to war, who needs a parade with weapons to remind of them of that?

Those parades are usually just for weak militaries to show what they have. When the US military does it that's to entertain citizens

We don't need to show our military parades with all of our weaponry and gallantry. We do have a lot of military parades. We just don't see them they're setting on military installations when they have a change of command. We do not have a lot of politicians showing up for these parades. We don't have the news media showing and telling what we have in our military arsenal.
