Well yeah early in his career he promoted a pyramid scheme, did scams of his own like trump university, did not pay his workers, when running for president he paid off that porn star with his campaign funds or something along those lines which is against the rules and took money from Saudi Arabia through his hotels or other business which he later repaid as president through a billion dollar deal of some sort which can be seen as bribery after he lost he attempted to bully his way back in office through the Jan 6th stuff that cost the lives of officers, he took a shit ton of highly classified documents some of which are still missing also a lot of our spys died recently so that may be related but not confirmed, and he recently posted pictures of the judges or lawyers daughter and wife and given how violent his supporters have been like shooting up that fbi building it's not hard to imagine what he hopes to accomplish by blasting them like that. As for some speculative things he was friends was Epstein even quoting something like " you know Epstein he likes them young" combine that with the I don't even wait comment and I think we have a clear picture on what type of guy he is

Not for the NY indictment. I think the felony counts are a stretch and those charges could, and probably should, be amended to misdemeanors. Now for the potential charges in Georgia and the federal documents case, he should absolutely get prison time if convicted.

A stretch? What do you actually KNOW about felony law in NY State? They have dozens of legal experts who worked over a year on this, and you have what --- Fox Entertainment Network? The NY indictment is about tax fraud and the misuse of campaign funds. Those are felonies, not misdemeanors. It has little to do with paying a hooker to be quiet, and everything to do with where the money came from. And that's just the start of it.

He absolutely stole classified docs, and the call to Georgia is a slam dunk - clearly an attempt to meddle in a Federal Election.

@loveslongnails From what I understand they’re using an untested legal theory. It’s not clear if they can use a federal crime (campaign finance) as the secondary crime under a state statute. The secondary crime is necessary to elevate these charges to a felony. Numerous legal experts are expressing doubt about it. As for Fox News, I wouldn’t be caught dead watching that propaganda factory. I’m as left-wing as anyone but I am fair and pay attention to details. I want him in prison too but I just don’t think this is the case that will do it. The indictments that follow this will probably be a different story.

Good observation about the legal theory and we'll see where that goes. I don't think it will be too big of a stretch to argue that committing a) a misdemeanor for b) the purpose of, or leading to, or aiding in, the commitment of a felony, even if it "a" is State crime and "b" is a Federal one, is enough to disregard the whole package or any part of it. We'll see.

I think there's plenty to get him on tax evasion and tax fraud alone, which would be both State and Federal crimes. Obviously, they believe there's enough corroborating evidence to give it weight. Bragg might be a bit ambitious, but I don't think he's a fool. I'm thinking as many do, that Weisselberg is going to turn State's evidence.

It's so unreal that all these people around him have been willing to go to jail, become convicted felons and/or have careers ruined to protect his crimes. I just don't get it.

@loveslongnails We’ll just have to let the process play out and see. It’s just a gut feeling that this case won’t amount to much. Now Georgia is a different story. I think he’s in serious legal jeopardy there.

Remember, it was tax evasion that landed Al Capone in prison, not murder or conspiracy to commit crimes. Indeed, Georgia is a huge problem, but also Jan. 6th. Hell, even Moscow Mitch is holding him responsible for the incitement part, but there's also a case as to dereliction of duty and failure to uphold his oath of office. He was also in violation of the Emoluments Clause while President, but if the policy is not to indict a sitting President, then what's the point? I'm not sure if there's a statute of limitations on that.
