Maybe not - he is 76 years old now, and prison is a rough place. People in prison, particularly federal prison, generally get poor medical care. Trump is very ill.
Some very stiff fines would punish him enough, I think.
5.8K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Their 34 felony charges with business dealings with the trump organization about 500 different business big and small all under trump umbrella and donald trump ownership.
We don't know exactly what the charges are just yet passed what i said already. here's what we do know from new york authorities about trump foundation a charity organization by Donald trump. It was basically a piggy bank for the trump family to buy private goods. Trump org payed 2 million back to new york in fines back in 2019 and lost all charity recognition privileges for like 5 years.
This investigation almost certainly left the door open to a full audit. Theirs always been rumors since the 90s Donald was half the business his father was. Who bankrupts a casino? The house always wins is a saying for a reason, And he's been know as a scumload and has more debt then wealth a majority of times he's been responsible.

Defendant Trump should get prison time, maybe in a minimum security prison or possibly house arrest with no visitors (and no internet). Fines won't affect him in the slightest because he knows he has millions of useful idiots who will turn that into a profit centre for him.
He's also defaming and threatening people online and in public, which are crimes.

You're way too soft on criminals.04 Reply
m +1 yHe should, yes. But it’s not likely that he will. And even if he does he won’t be put in general population.

And as I understand it secret service is for life so even in prison he would still have protection. I doubt it would be an officer sitting in a cell with him 24/7 but there would still be something. Although it’s ultimately irrelevant if he still gets elected again (which as I understand is actually a possibility) and then pardons himself. But who knows? In not a lawyer.

I would expect them to be. People aren’t there for a good time. They are there to be kept away from everyone else.

Right, because if we just threw them in a literal hole everyone would complain about inhumane treatment of rapists, murderers, and pedophiles.

Just admit you're trying to arrest the man for being a political rival because it's obvious at this point. Every time you try to get him you fail because your retarded stories has more holes than swiss cheese and it's a miracle that anyone takes the establishment politicians seriously anymore.

nyc is turning loose thugs that outright murder people for no reason... other than profit, or push people into trains... and they want to put him in jail for trying to hide an affair?

the rest of it is methods of hiding an affair... improper tax reporting.
but I don't claim to fully understand it...
I know this... a lot of business guys cheating and paying prostitutes, are going to have to make some changes... - +1 y
yea that's basically lying, which is a sin.
clinton got into the same mess and even worse, lying to the fbi/jury... how he got out of that is beyond me... slick willy they say...
so much better being honest, that's the lesson, the bible has the lessons on this and he should read it... heck he was holding up one day, if he's got a ltitle extra time... and he can come out on gag and ask questions if need be.
I suggest he stand up in church this week, doesn't matter which one since he doesn't go regularly, and confess before everyone.
I know a guy did similar and was fired, cause he did that with another woman at chuch. It was for the best and he got his life back together. that's how things are solved.
But this was avoiding stuff prior to election, severity is low. Cheating in office is bad due to risk of blackmail, which is probably what this was about anyways and why it's a problem.
mathematically speaking, how many big boobs are involved in this whole issue? it's a psychological test, there's no wrong answer...
27.2K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I doubt this will ever go to trial especially if there is a change of venue which in this case is a reasonable request. It is only being done to prevent him from running for president. Even if there is a trial and somehow he is found guilty it is only punishable with a fine.

Read these charges. If it was anyone else but Trump this never would have seen the light of day. I never saw anything so vague in my life. There will be nothing coming of this except more embarrassment for democrats. Nobody is fooled except maybe you and it is a little surprising.
Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yNo make that orange haired motherfucker go on the Judge Judy Show or that Jerry Springer court show, then make him turn Mar- Largo into a rest home / vacation hotel/ grave yard for Trump supporters. A lot of dead Trump supporters can be buried there. Judge Judy and Jerry Springer should be punishment enough. Trump will loose his wife next, if he can't support her life style spending all the money on lawyers to keep his ass out of jail.

10 Reply 12.2K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. He might get house arrest if convicted, but it will be overturned on appeal.
This is all political stagecraft anyway or he would have been tried by now.Trump is very ill.Unaware of that. Other than being fat an old (my dad is also) how is he sick?
Trump likely has lifetime first class healthcare. They will fly him to Walter Reed.I would agree that if he has a terminal illness, he should not run for Pres again.
