His hush money trial is approaching and GOP reps are ignoring the elephant in the room.

Id say yes because most if not all of the lawsuits are politically motivated attacks to end his chances of Presidency. They have no relevance to ability to do the job. It's not like he was running a "fake" business and collecting money from foreign governments. That's a real problem. If they succeed, then they are no diff than Russia in destroying opposition... physically or otherwise.
I'd ask if Biden should be allowed to run if it was determined he wasn't fit to stand trial for illegal documents because of his age and mental lapses. If his brain doesn't work for a trial, why can he be president.
I'm fine tossing both of them out and that is likely the best answer, put one of the others on the right... toss Biden as well. We should have a deeper bench than "one".

"the lawsuits are politically motivated attacks"
The *indictments* are for crimes committed by the former president.
The lawsuits that Trump's lost have made him desperate for money, and he's indicated he'd be willing to take money from foreign sources. Do you really want a president who owes Russia half a billion dollars? - 16 d
I hadn't heard that not sure i buy hed sellout the country for it. Biden did take $ from China for no benefit… and ukraine via son.
Tell me this if trump supported democrat policies, was anti russia pro ukraine and the war, amd towed the loberal line… would they be persecuting him in media and courts. Answer is no… thus it is political to maintain power. Question thius goes back to if you agree w the policies of one aide or the other as that is what yoi must live with and your kids. Thats your choice and right. Ill olace my bets, you place yours. - 16 d

The FBI had retrieved the government's property from Trump before he ran for president. His CFO went to prison for a decades long tax evasion scheme, then again for perjury on Trump's behalf (he's in Riker's right now). Trump's lawyer went to prison for campaign finance crimes on Trump's behalf.
He committed crimes. - 13 d
@goaded Kennedy did worse banging M. M. in the white house and sneaking her in and out. Clinton did worse behind his desk with Monica. Those were a risk to the power of the country. Bush did far worse sucking us into a war in Iraq on bs.
The relevance of this case to yours or my lives is none. the only thing relevant is if he becomes president. That's the reason to destroy him by any means, which is what they are doing.
- 12 d
@goaded That be severe. I've heard that but don't know it as fact nor does it make sense. The left trump haters will jump on it as fact and persecute. The middle right will question it, such is our times. I had the same issue with the "legal" sale of a public company to Russia... UUU... remember that one... Obama and Clinton had the stock smashed to sell it at firesale prices... giving them control of uranium. Say whut? that was some BS! Clinton gave plans to others I heard... not fact... but was it deception? I cannot judge. Banging monika under the desk... what if bad guys got ahold of her to use as leverage? Who knows what kinda cahoots is going on at that level. Unless you are on the inside of the system CIA, good luck what you trust as true.
this is all a political assassination, for the reasons you are noting. How is that any different than Putin? It's so strange your side demonizes Putin while acting like him and promoting socialist principles if not communist, but then you point the finger at the other side. Makes no sense. Trump simply trying to fix the finances of the country, reign in spending, secure borders, etc... and he gets fried for it. That's after he was a beloved of the left. They did same to others... rail against the machine, get destroyed.
Our country must but be at an inflection point where major change occurs politically and economically to create such social waves.
Remove Biden and Trump both as options and start over. I'm fine with that, never liked the guy. he's better than Biden to me. If can't see that... and you can't... difficult to communicate isn't it?
- 12 d
Unlike all the fake outrage and lies from the right, Trump's in an audio recording "from a July 2021 meeting at Mr Trump's Bedminster, New Jersey golf club between him and several people working on the memoir of his former chief of staff Mark Meadows.
Mr Trump is heard saying "these are the papers" and referring to a document about Iran, which he calls "highly confidential".
"This was done by the military and given to me," he says. "See as president I could have declassified it. Now I can't, you know, but this is still a secret.""
www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-66027036
You can hear it yourself, here: www.cnn.com/.../20230626-trump_audio.mp3 - 12 d
@goaded nice, so he's talking post defeat and defending himself with classified docs. He's right, but shouldn't be doing that. did he hand them off, they make copies? Again, I can only imagine the crap going on at that level. Again... Biden had docs all over the place, but he isn't fit to stand trial because he's so senile. But if he was mentally capable, he'd be int eh same pot.
How about all the others? That's not a smoking gun for me. bad, should answer for it, most people go to jail.
I guess he stepped into the swamp and fell in the sink hole as well.
I never said he's smart... he's an idiot. but give me a choice between the two, it's still an easy choice.
and it's not fair to say the one guy is a criminal when the other one is as well, but his brain doesn't work well enough to go to trial... but he can still run for president. Lets have a mental aquity test...
what a sad state of affairs...
- 12 d
You've really got nothing but bullshit, have you? *Why* do you think the military gave him attack plans for Iran? It can only be because they gave him similar plans for every country (unlikely), or he asked for one! That's his defence against the claim that he wanted to attack Iran? It's a confession that he did!
- 12 d
Id wonder why he brought such document anywhere including an interview. Setup? The interviewer was clearly elated… infortunately he does have an ego and its his downfall.
- 12 d
@goaded did he just carry around battle plans in his pocket? Just leave a meeting with joint chiefs and hand doc to someone? I'll let the smart people figure it out... I'm sure they will hound him if there's any issue. Luckily, he's fit to stand trial... that's a good thing eh?
If people give me a choice between Biden/Harris and Trump/Weird Al Yankovic, it's not much of a choice. The question may still be relevant if has a felony, but that's not up to me.
- 11 d
You don't like them "hounding" him (aka enforcing the law against him). This is the Florida federal trial. Do you not know that?
In that case, the Trump-appointed judge is abusing her power to slow walk the trial and inevitable conviction (and that's not just me saying it, an appeals court already told her to stop interfering at an earlier stage in the investigation). - 11 d
@goaded would you believe "no", I'm not following most of these trials, some of the prior ones. I didn't follow the trial of Biden when he wiped out the Afghan family accidentally (ordered a hit and got wrong people. That's murder right?) It's a waste of my time... I have no influence over them, what does it do for my life to follow drama? I'm not voting biden harris.. full stop. I supported someone else in primary, but they didn't make it. So I'm stuck. I like JFK, give me him instead of Biden. Don't give me Newsome... pleeahhhsee.
If I vote for trump and he's elected... it's the dems fault for giving me crap options...
I believe most judges are abusing powers, tell me Engoron didn't lean one direction. The Florida judge... no surprise. There is no "fair" now... we are a divided country. I don't put that on trump or biden but they didn't help.

If felons can't vote, they shouldn't be able to run for office either. Either make both allowed or keep neither allowed.
28 Reply- 17 d
the difference is called "pardon" felons might vote in exchange for a pardon from their guy so that is why felons can't send mail in ballots.
- 17 d
@strateguy632 I'm sorry, you saying you don't think there's any dishone incentive for a felon to run for president? Everyone has dishonest possible motivations. That don't mean they shouldn't be allowed right to vote.
- 17 d
I've got it: Let Trump govern from Riker's Island. That should satisfy his puppets' belief that he should be President, no matter his crimes, as well as show that nobody can escape Lady Justice for their offenses against the public.
- 17 d
@handsomelad70 "let Trump govern" so felons should be able to vote and run for president? Okay.

Eugene V. Debs of the Socialist Party of America got three percent of the Presidential vote in 1916 despite being imprisoned for urging his compatriots to resist the enlisting for World War One.
- 17 d
@handsomelad70 I'm not opposed to that. I just don't want a double standard. Either felons can vote and run for president, or they can do neither. Either way is fair.
- 12 d
There are quite a few democrats who were elected to office while in jail.
Trump's alleged crimes are novel however as in nobody in history had ever been so charged for such reasons.
Given the forum shoeing used to try the cases I have no doubt they will as designed "convict" him as they would a potato in said "court" but would still lose on appeal which naturals would take longer than the election to happen.
Lawful like this is unfortunately an old tactic used extensively by the left who just happen to overwhelmingly dominate both the lawyer and criminal professions for the same basic goverment dependent reasons.
This particular "special prosecutor " was in fact specific picked for his experience in such cases. Although one can question his effectiveness given how harshly rebutted he was for his abuses by the Federal Supreme court.
Frankly he has no business serving as a Federal prosecutor given what he had done in the past. - 12 d
@monorprise " There are quite a few democrats who were elected to office while in jail." Bullshit.
If any crimes Trump's charged with are novel, it's only because no US president has ever tried to steal the presidency in defiance of the election they'd lost before. Plenty of people have been convicted of mishandling classified or national security documents, lying to the FBI, election interference, etc.
Ignoring your lies about Smith, why wouldn't you pick a special *counsel* who has experience in the crimes he's investigating?

My position seems far right from your perspective because the left keeps moving farther from the center, where we have moved very little. @Amur8711 that is what it is referring to. All the hypocrisy and spite that makes religion unbearable o those who dont buy it wielding the power of the government. That's religious nationalism - Christian nationalism is just the local facade for it. Jewish nationalism, Islamic nationalism, hindu nationalism.. these are all the same far right ridiculousness. The point is always the excuse to engage in hypocrisy and spite, not the kindness and generosity these religions all preach.

THIS is how you describe the "hush money" case:
Three “hush money” payments were made to guarantee their silence about potentially damaging stories... @ChefPapiChulo the democrats know they are screwed with Biden. They can’t win a fair fight with him given he’s grossly incompetent. His approval rating has been consistently under Trump’s for the last 2 years despite Biden’s full support of the leftist mass media. Including tax payer funded media like NPR.
So if Trump is so horrible then democrats should have no problem beating him in a “fair” election. But nah they can’t chance that. They have to do something that has never been done before and prosecute a former president and nominee on specious trumped up (pun intended) charges in hopes of convicting him before the election.
All these criminal charges were carefully orchestrated to be filed a year before the 2024 election. Why not 2021 or even 2022? Why 2023.
But I’m sure that will go in one ear and out the other. “Fuck Trump” and “Fuck MAGA” right? If Trump does get convicted this is moving us dangerously close to a real civil war. While I’ve personally never been to a protest, rally or been involved as political activist this bullshit like this WILL motivate LOTS of people to get real. While the J6 riots were asinine there is actual legitimate reasons to do what needs to be done given what the dictatorial and heinously authoritarian Democratic Party has done. - 12 d

@goaded using lawfare to attack political opposition IS dictatorial fascism. Obama also greenlit the FISA warrant on the Trump campaign back in 2015 which is disgusting.

Get a life man. Mind your own f*cking business. You don’t have to deal with all the bs going on the United States.
Also given you are very pro Ukraine have you ever wondered why Putin didn’t invade during the Trump administration? He even said himself that he should have invaded earlier. So why didn’t he do it when Trump was in office? Putin was in bed with Trump right?
The answer is because Biden has displayed gross incompetence and fecklessness on the world stage when calamitous Afghanistan pull out. That EMBOLDENED anti western counties to get aggressive. Now there is chaos worldwide. This is hurting Germany too. Your fuel prices have doubled since I last heard. Your government is spending more money to support the Ukraine.
This and insanity in the Middle East would have been preventable with DETERRENCE. Trump was viewed by foreign enemies as unpredictable and that’s a GOOD thing. It makes them think twice about doing something stupid. But Biden is so weak and waffling they think they can walk all over them and they literally can. - 12 d

- 12 d
@blueonblack22 It's possible to change my mind, but only with facts and logic. So, no, you're never going to change my mind.
For example: If Putin said himself that he should have invaded Ukraine earlier, so either during the Trump administration or soon after the attempted coup, doesn't that imply he would have expected less push-back from the US, not more?
Trump told the Taliban he was going to pull US troops out of Afghanistan, released thousands of fighters and didn't even involve the Afghan government. Pulling out of a 20 year war was never going to be without any casualties.
"This is hurting Germany too. Your fuel prices have doubled since I last heard."
Then you last heard around the year 2000. - 12 d

true @blueonblack22 and then they got the nerve to say we Trump supporters are a hate cult just because we care about our country and want things to be restored and balanced.
also could it be a coincidence that most leftist look and sound mentally ill? hence why people like pedophiles, and queers who think they can automatically change their gender fully support them? - 12 d
@Filthy_Immigrant generally it’s about not wanting to take accountability for their life decisions. It’s easier to blame someone else for your problems. Do what “feels good” in the moment and not have shame about.
The whole leftist movement is literally large swathes of people who don’t want to take responsibility for their lives and segment of disgusting sociopathic elitists who gain power/money by promising these people free stuff and cop outs. For example do you know that Fidel Castro and a net worth of $900 million when he passed away in 2016?
It’s ironic how the leftist influencers become rich and powerful and are often hypocrites. It’s like how Harvey Weinstein was all pro “feminist” years ago. He put on bullshit optics for his own disgusting objectives.

there is no saving them @blueonblack22 the only way they will snap out of their insanity is through self destruct unfortunately.

@Filthy_Immigrant Did the Black Panthers hurt anyone? No.
"The visitors walked into the building, and headed for the Assembly chamber on the second floor, where they intended to read aloud “Executive Mandate Number 1,” a statement in opposition to the Mulford Bill. They were not allowed to enter the chamber, so they went outside and read the statement on the front lawn."
Republicans, the National Rifle Association. and Ronald Reagan almost instantly supported gun control (the protest rather backfired). Rather than talking about when I was a baby, how about a couple of years ago when armed protesters invaded Michigan's statehouse complaining about the coronavirus lockdown? - 12 d
@Filthy_Immigrant "it was still the Capitol Building" @ChefPapiChulo's right, it was *A* Capitol building, no-one was hurt, and the protest was against gun regulation, which is your position! Why aren't you supporting the 1966 Black Panthers?
- 12 d
@goaded they didn't hurt anyone cause nobody dared provoke them like the cops and the security guards did to the people who protest on J6. also Nancy Pelosi and all the other corrupt lestist democrats who plague our country today were not around during those days to order the cops and the security guards to cause a mayhem and make it seem like it was the Black Panthers that did it.
and nobody is talking about your baby days, not like we have to because after all you are still a baby right now and what the fuck do the prostesters at Michigan had to do with any of what is going on today.
seriously dude I'm fucking tired of you whiny leftists bitching about J6 and Covid19. those things occur 4 years ago. lots of things have been fucking up our country and the world since then and Biden and your people are responsible for 99% of them. but of course you won't talk about the present huh? since you know damn well yourself that you libtards are responsible for all of this
- 12 d
@Filthy_Immigrant how long you fucks bitched about Benghazi?
- 12 d
@Filthy_Immigrant What a lot of bullshit. They didn't hurt anyone because that wasn't why they were there (protesting a gun control law), and because they obeyed the law. Breaking past multiple police barriers and attacking police is nothing like that.
- 12 d
- 12 d
@Filthy_Immigrant hahahaha…. finally my politics has reached my music age.
- 12 d
@Filthy_Immigrant Are you serious? It's the Republican fake moral outrage where Hilary Clinton answered questions for 11 hours without breaking a sweat. Trump can't even stay awake in his trial.
- 12 d
We didn’t waste 200 million dollars of tax payer money and three years on the Mueller investigation.
Trump could of went after Hillary when he was in office and the dept of justice. But he didn’t. He didn’t think it was right to prosecute political opposition. But apparently the Biden administration sees differently on all this given they are scared and desperate. - 12 d
I seriously never heard any republican complain or even talk about this fucking Benghazi place in my life. seriously you morons will make up any fucking excuses to redirect any argument that works against you all

@Filthy_Immigrant well we get to be colateral damage. Hyperinflation and the border crisis is harming ALL Americans. But they rather vote in their own misery. All because of their “emotions”.

@blueonblack22 " We didn’t waste 200 million dollars of tax payer money and three years on the Mueller investigation. " No, you didn't. Apart from the fact that many of the crimes uncovered weren't prosecuted, it only cost $32 million. - 12 d

exactly @blueonblack22 they rather let savage losers envade their country and fuck it up for everyone just so they can say they are not RACIST
- 12 d
@Filthy_Immigrant envade xD
- 12 d
@ChefPapiChulo and your point?
- 11 d
@Filthy_Immigrant and hope to get more Democrat voters in the process.
Why can’t the masses stop being asses and figure out that leftist leaders/elitists are exploiting them for their own ends? They can’t because make decisions based on emotions vs facts. - 11 d
@blueonblack22 Because it’s really rightist leaders exploiting them into buying Bibles and golden shoes to pay for their legal fees where they committed crimes as PRESIDENT.
- 11 d
@OddBeMe I agree that Trump’s Bible idea was stupid. I don’t like that idea at all.
But you can NOT convince me that that all the legal indictments against Trump are justified. I know you and other leftist on here are all hoping to God that trump gets convicted, sentenced and disqualified from the election.
But if that happens it will absolutely destroy America because it’s banana republic prosecution. It’s never been done before in history. Trump didn’t prosecute HRC when he had the power to do that. She’s got more skeletons in her closet than a Halloween party but he didn’t do it. Because prosecuting political opposition is a very BAD look for our country.
The reality is the democrats resorted to this disgusting partisan lawfare because they know they are in deep trouble with Biden. Again he has consistently had a lower approval rating then Trump since the Afganistán pull out despite full protection from the mass media. Seriously just name ONE thing he has accomplished that the AVERAGE American (not your or me) appreciates.
Also the whole “oh he isn’t Trump” isn’t going to work in 2024 like it did in 2020 and leftist elitists know it. So that’s why we are seeing all these gross trumped up (pun intended) legal charges against him.
Seriously a criminal indictment against trump for stormy Daniels hush money in 2024. Give me a f*cking break. - 11 d
@OfDeath and this all happened in 2015. Isn’t that past the statue of limitations? And we are talking about $130k here which is a tiny drop in the bucket.
And why didn’t the charged get filed in 2021/2022? Nah they get filed in late 2023 right before the election cycle. Real “coincidence” right?
And again Robert Hur saying that Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials, but that a jury would be sensitive to an elderly man with a poor memory.”
Good luck sweeping that one under the rug when it comes to Biden being qualified to be President.
The truth is ALL presidents current and past have dirty laundry. But this is NOT impartial justice with what’s happening to Trump. No and fuck no.
And I think you and other leftist know that. But you all hate Trump SO a MUCH that you don’t care.
And as I mentioned multiple times earlier I was never a fan of Trump’s personality and lifestyle. But I care about POLICY. And most Americans definitely believe America is worse off under the Biden Administration vs Trump.
“Never underestimate Joe Biden’s ability to f*ck things up.”

@Filthy_Immigrant my advice is to focus on how the average American feels about another 4 years of Biden vs. how things when Trump was in office. Focus hard on hyperinflation, the border crisis, ongoing wars (which tax payers are funding) and other authoritarian insanity like the forced vaccine mandate.
I personally am not an anti vaxxer. I got the moderna vaccine. But FORCING 80 million Americans to vaccinate or they would lose their jobs was heinous authoritarianism. My job is 100% remote and I was still forced.
Most people rather forget about the pandemic and I don’t blame them. But I haven’t forgotten what the Biden administration did. - New 10 d
You mean they should look back at when nearly 7 million Americans had covid? Or the war that Putin started? The 3% "hyperinflation"? (FYI: hyperinflation is in the hundreds or thousands of percents.) Or the border controls that Republicans refused to pass until Biden is out of office?

What classified documents did Biden reveal to China, J. J?
- 18 d
@handsomelad70 www.reuters.com/.../ pretty sure this is the one I am thinking of. Though looks like China isn't part of it.
- 17 d
@JacobJordan You’re missing the “China” part. He didn’t show anyone the papers but his ghostwriter. Unlike Trump who brazenly gave classified docs to Russia.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ej-C_Ou_YCQ - 17 d
You must have trouble reading. "Though looks like China isn't part of it." I said it already mate. Also you linked a video of a left biased news source. And regarding the information you are talking about the fbi was unable to prove beyond reasonable doubt that trump acted outside of the legal boundaries of the president regarding that information. Remember presidents are the final say on all "top secret" information as a result they can classify or de-classify information as they see fit. And according to all sources I could find none are saying he is guilty or not guilty. They also acknowledge he shared information that was classified and that as president (at that time) it was his prerogative to do so.
- 17 d
@JacobJordan Do you take deep breaths before sucking on Trumps pole or does he let you have breaks?
- 17 d
Insulting already? Come back when you are ready to act like an adult.
- 17 d
You can Google it bud. So again when you are ready to act like an adult you can come back until then be silent.
- 17 d
Keep insulting toddler. Again research exists for a reason. The fbi made their stance on it public. That is a federal organization. Are you saying the fbi is wrong? Funniest part is you started insulting after I merely pointed out that the fbi stated there wasn't enough for or against. Along with the fact that the president legally can disclose information as they see fit. Not once did I say anything about supporting trump you are so pathetically inept that you jumped to that conclusion. Now little boy. Are you ready to grow up and act like the 40 year old are? Or are you going to continue acting like a prepubescent brat that didn't get disciplined?
- 17 d
@JacobJordan Are you saying the FBI is infallible? Or only when they agree with you?
- 17 d
@goaded I am saying the fbi's stance was neutral. Neither for or against the supposed crime. And as the justice system is "innocent until proven guilty" and guilt must be proved beyond reasonable doubt. A neutral stance implies that while the incident happened the legality or rather illegality of it had not been proven beyond reasonable doubt for or against. Meaning at present time he is neither guilty or innocent.
- 17 d
@JacobJordan That's not how it works.
Firstly, Trump's either guilty or innocent, it just hasn't been proven in court yet (I'm certain he's guilty of what he's been indicted for, but that still doesn't mean he couldn't get away with it like OJ).
Secondly, nobody outside a courtroom is required to presume innocence, otherwise there would be no investigations of crimes, would there?
We're not in a courtroom (which is why you felt you could make unfounded claims about Biden).
- 17 d
@goaded claims vs accusations child. I am not accusing biden of anything. You ARE accusing trump of something as a result the rules of apply. Claiming something as true doesn't mean it is. As evidenced by the fact that upon further research I learned that the documents in question had nothing to do with China. Therefore I was wrong. You are accusing trump of something and further insinuating legality. As a result the lens is that of the law. And no one is saying he didn't reveal documents. That is established. Next we have the legality of revealing said documents. In this instance the scope is based on 2 things. First is the president allowed to share those documents. And secondly does sharing those documents constitute violation of a law. The fbi looked into it and determined that there is not enough information to say yes OR no. In justice system terms that generally leads to all charges being dismissed. If you are going to talk about the legal aspect you have to talk about it legally. Not what you "think" "feel" or "believe" to be true. I never made a legal accusation because I am not silly enough to limit myself unnecessarily. You and the other woke joke should learn to do the same. You both set the terms by failing to understand the phrasing you used. I made a claim on purpose just in case I was wrong so that way I could research and admit it. Which I did. I did not make a legal accusation. Think before you type otherwise you wind up making a fool of yourself.
- 16 d
Child? Really? I'm glad you've admitted that you were wrong about Biden, here's how you're wrong about the law and Trump's guilt:
Firstly, the court of public opinion has no presumption of innocence.
Secondly, there's no difference between my claim that Trump's guilty and your claim that Biden revealed classified documents to China, except yours was wrong and mine is backed up by evidence.
Finally, he's not been indicted for whatever was in that video, he's been indicted, to take just one example, for taking national security documents that he's on audio showing to journalists with no security clearance and explaining that he "could have" declassified them when he was president. That's not a "belief", I've heard it with my own ears.
" “This was done by the military and given to me,” Trump continues, before noting that the document remained classified.
“See as president I could have declassified it,” Trump says. “Now I can’t, you know, but this is still a secret.” "
edition.cnn.com/.../index.html - 16 d

@goaded also mate the "court of public opinion" the same public that supports Palestine committing genocide? The same public that supports Hamas? And then when everything is in shambles only people you can blame is yourself. Though I am sure you won't.
- 16 d
@JacobJordan So you reject quotes from an audio recording that's clearly Trump just because it came via CNN? Can you say "ad hominem"?
"“See as president I could have declassified it,” Trump says. “Now I can’t, you know, but this is still a secret.”"
www.cnn.com/.../20230626-trump_audio.mp3 - 16 d
Trump's got a stick, not a pole.
- 16 d
@goaded mate I already quoted the same thing cnn did and legally that is actually correct as I explained in a previous post. The president is the first and last line when it comes to "classified" material as such the president is legally allowed to classify or declassify anything as long as the resulting choice does not endanger American lives. I am saying cnn is not a good news source as they are biased regardless of the validity of the their statements. In addition any right leaning news source is equally as bad due to bias. The purpose of news is to provide information in an unbiased manner.
- 16 d
He wasn't president when that audio was made. You can tell by listening to it, or reading six words: “as president I could have declassified it.” Did you take two minutes to listen to the recording? It's totally irrelevant what news organisation released it (and you can't really believe Fox would have done, surely?).
www.cnn.com/.../20230626-trump_audio.mp3 - 16 d

FFS. The audio is genuine. In it, Trump admits that he hadn't declassified the documents he was showing to journalists who had no security clearance. While being recorded!
Listen to it, it's just a couple of minutes: www.cnn.com/.../20230626-trump_audio.mp3
- 16 d
- 16 d
Ad hominem. Why would I need a "neutral" source to provide the same audio of Trump admitting that he hadn't declassified, back when he was president, the documents he was showing to those journalists?
www.cnn.com/.../20230626-trump_audio.mp3
" “This was done by the military and given to me,” Trump continues, before noting that the document remained classified.
“See as president I could have declassified it,” Trump says. “Now I can’t, you know, but this is still a secret.” " - 16 d
@goaded you continue to repeat the same things while also showcasing zero evidence of an illegal action. Nor are you showcasing anything beyond the typical woke approach of "we would rather have the mentally disabled dementia guy who has decimated nearly every facet of the country over the guy who made many positive changes. This is why intelligent people vote on policy not party. And even smarter people don't vote at all. Only idiots vote party.

@goaded good lord man you picked 4 left leaning news sites 2 of which are under massive scrutiny for a litany of racist, false and misinformation articles. 1 of them has been sued quite recently for pushing a racist news story that was entirely false. And the 5th is a right leaning news source recognized as an equally corrupt news source compared to what it once was. www.reuters.com/.../ This is a news source that has been flagged as one of few nearly bias free news sites. They use a lot of sources. In fact on a different news story Reuters makes the same statement. "In order to convict, jurors must find that Trump is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, not that he is "probably" guilty". See unbiased news source vs biased news sources. You like most people are incapable of keeping your personal feelings out of a situation because you feel entitled to having your feelings accepted. That is what makes you wrong. Meanwhile I have no emotional investment either way for or against and as such I am entirely unbiased. And when an unbiased news sources is stating the exact same thing i am it is clear who is right and who is wrong.
- 15 d
"I am entirely unbiased" Bullshit. You're attacking the messengers and ignoring the evidence of your own ears to pretend that Trump did not do what you could clearly hear him say.
"as president I could have declassified it. Now I can’t, you know, but this is still a secret.".
www.reuters.com/.../ - 15 d
- 15 d
No, you haven't. You've once repeated part of it to supposedly support your argument, "As president he could have declassified it.", ignoring the self-incrimination of his next sentence: "Now I can’t, you know, but this is still a secret."
He's not been found guilty or innocent, but he's definitely one or the other, he can't be neither. The evidence of his own mouth shows that he's guilty. It remains to be seen how far his pet judge Cannon will go to get him off the charges. - 15 d
@goaded they have no argument so they attack the news agency. #moroniccult
- 15 d

Oh, look, more insults and ignoring the fact that Trump said he hadn't declassified the national security document he was showing some suck-ups.
Did Trump say “See as president I could have declassified it” (past tense)? How about “Now I can’t, you know, but this is still a secret.”? - 15 d
@goaded oh look more retardation and ignoring the fact that what I was referring to was the information he shared while president. Which legally he had a right to do as long as it didn't endanger American lives. Just be quiet boy you haven't had a leg to stand on this entire time and I know what you are planning to spew before you do. Have already seen the end of this conversation. So let's just skip to that part so you can stop tanking the iq of the world.
- 15 d
Great, let's go round again. Biden didn't reveal any documents to China. Trump's not being indicted for information he shared while president, but documents he mishandled, stole, lied about having, and disclosed to people without security clearance after he left.
Some of those documents were nuclear secrets of a foreign country who are now less likely to shared secrets with the US, endangering American lives. (And that "as long as it didn't endanger American lives" is probably something you or Alex Jones made up on the spot.) - 15 d
- 15 d
You already said Biden didn't reveal any documents to China, but you keep pretending Trump's being indicted for information he shared while president, and not for documents he mishandled, stole, lied about having, and disclosed to people without security clearance after he left.
It's a cute trick, but it doesn't stand up to the slightest scrutiny. - 15 d
- 14 d
Christ, it's like talking to a brick wall. Why would we be talking about something he's not being indicted for, when there are so many things (that you don't want to admit) where he has been?
You've simply moved on from pretending Trump's being indicted for information he shared while president, and not for documents he mishandled, stole, lied about having, and disclosed to people without security clearance after he left the presidency to pretending that we're not talking about his indictments at all.
On this question: Should Trump be candidate if convicted of felony? ↗ - 14 d
@goaded I never pretended he was being indicted for things he did while president. You are a special level of retarded. Let's go over the facts once again for your retarded smooth brained self. The fbi have determined thus far that trump is neither guilty or innocent in regards to documents shared. Hence the upcoming court case to look further. End of story now kindly be quiet air head. You don't have the iq to speak
- 14 d
When did the FBI supposedly do that? How did the FBI supposedly do that?
You started this by repeating a lie about President Biden, then spent days insisting that we can't possibly know that Trump mishandled stolen documents while ignoring audio of him telling people (with no security clearance) to look at battle plans to invade Iran, and how he could have declassified them back when he was president, but he couldn't any more.
What were you doing when you said "what I was referring to was the information he shared while president"? Trying to distract from his indictments and the audio that proves his guilt? Or what?

@exitseven They will. Don't you think the people should be allowed to know if Trump's guilty or innocent of all those crimes before they vote?
There's a reason Trump's been delaying all his trials for as long as possible. - 17 d
Armed adults with 11-year-old "reasoning" and self-control and missionary zeal. Not a pretty sight.

@handsomelad70 the American people need to know if the person they are electing president is senile and is not physically able to do the job. There are plenty of signs that Biden is two beers short of a six pack. He confuses people and places. He gets lost on stage. He cannot read a telelprompter and he lies incessantly and evidently forgets when he does.
- 17 d
@exitseven Trump is SIX beers short of a six-pack, and a criminal traitor to boot.
- 17 d
@handsomelad70 History will show him to be the best president since WW2. If he was really a criminal the democrats would have found something on him by now. everything they came up with ended up being a dry hole or a hoax that the democrats had perpetrated.
- 17 d
@exitseven They have a myriad of things on him. He has 4 criminal indictments.
- 17 d
@mastersofmany yes, for things that nobody has ever been indicted for before. Don't you think that it is a pretty amazing coincidence that these democrat DAs have found crimes that nobody has ever been tried for before at the same time against the same person?
- 17 d
@exitseven The only person who believes in convenient coincidences is you.
- 17 d
No I do not believe in coincidences. What the democrats are doing g is engaging in election interference. They know they cannot win in aa fair election. The vast majority are much worse off than they were 4 years ago and are sick of seeing their country being turned into a third world flophouse.
- 17 d
@exitseven Right - be sure to start screaming election fraud if your cult leader doesn't get all he wants.

Yes, if the left allows the voters to decide.
