Eventually I think he will be. However, it's unlikely to be soon since no judge wants to enrage his followers by putting Trump in jail. However, Trump keeps antagonizing people including judges and eventually this will result in him being put away. Also, it seems that he's guilty of most of the crimes he's been charged with, or at least arguably guilty and a jury that convicts him will expect him to be in prison. The law actually will expect him to be in prison as well and I think this is likely to happen eventually. It won't be all that soon.

@OddBeMe Well... patronizing jokes aside, the problem with your hypothesis is that the courts are the ones who need to think that the law was broken. And frankly, there is far more social incentive for the courts to say that he did than that he didn't. Unfortunately, doing something that people don't like isn't the same as breaking the law.
I've heard that Trump will be assassinated. Some guy on YouTube called Joseph aquaviva does gematria which is like letters to numbers and he deciphers and decodes the news and he's saying it's all pointing to Trump being assassinated if they want a civil war that most likely would cause one
We can hope so but must wait and see if the Supreme Court (which is where much of his trouble will end up) is actually a Supreme Court of the People or a Supreme Court of Trump. If asked today I'd say I have little faith in them following Constitutional Law.
It’s his only play. Honestly he’s doing it right. I’d advise him to get arrested and thrown in jail and start another J6. Best chance to be elected again and pardon himself.
Elites don't go to jail. They've had 2 centuries to perfect the judicial system into one of privilege. If Trump was anyone else, he'd have been in jail years ago. But Trump could shoot someone in Time Square on live TV and he wouldn't even see a court room for 24 months, never mind a jail cell.

The Supreme Court accepts less than ~1,5% of the cases appealed to it. Keri Lake and her election denier nonsense was just refused by them. I doubt that Trump’s cases are so very unique for SCOTUS to rule in.
i think there's nobody on the plane right now that the puppeteers behind the scenes wanted to see in jail harder. so since he isn't already in jail, i'd say it's very unlikely to happen at this point.

No, if Trump is in jail he will just get more votes. I think the democrats have finally figured that out. They have to settle for keeping him tied up during the week.
