The only conviction he has is in a case which should never have been brought, because he was convicted of things which are legally not even crimes! His lawyers say they didn't even know what they were defending against. There are something like 47 grounds for appeal here. The judge, incidentally, is a dedicated Democrat and actually belongs to a group called, "Stop Trump!" Is he impartial and fair? I don't think so. And even if he COULD be impartial and fair, it doesn't pass the smell test. A great Federal judge I used to work for used to say, "It's not enough that something be right. It must also LOOK right!"
