More than anywhere else, at least for now. China's teetering on the brink; if the 4-2-1 problem doesn't destroy its hegemony, an environmental catastrophe or six will. Russia's never learned that you can't build an empire on a mountain of skulls, and India, while probably in the best position going forward, isn't able to push itself up to become a first-world country without the backing of others.

The American empire is beginning its probably inexorable decline, but that's hardly the same as saying the nation's about to implode; the UK's doing just fine, as are France, the Netherlands, and Turkey.

Russia? I don't think so, Vladamir Putin is holding onto power as he doesn't believe there is anyone else who can do his job or with his vision. He is 70 now, future looks grim.

The EU will continue to become a more prominent global player in the coming 10-20 years, they already dwarf Russia in so many ways, it actually freightens Russia.

I'm not convinced that the communist countries will take over. Communism is failing as badly as Western society is, just for different reasons.
