Of course it's France...
Honestly I'd like to point out the obvious: that this is exploitation. However, here in the US we have almost an entire major political faction that screamed about the sky falling and continues to lie about it just because of a ban on sexualized curriculum in schools for third graders or younger, while the other faction is largely too weak and pathetic to defend itself let alone push it further... So, we really don't have a lot of room for outside critique on this subject.
The way the article presents it is interesting... You could easily spin that as a protectionist policy to replace foreigners in the sex trade, but the argument for it is basically the same argument you could make for legalizing all hard drugs (because it's already here and makes lots of money).
What "progress" is that, exactly? Better to teach Nursing.
