I think it depends on how much you follow the news/social media. If you follow that stuff, they give you something to be outraged about every day, regardless of whether you are on the left or right.

Try to go back two months and see if you still care about the stories that outraged you back then. My guess is you have forgotten them and they have been replaced by new outrages.

You are exactly right! But certain things they say do stick with me. Sometimes my brain is like a 🧲 magnet. But I am always wondering what I miss if I don't watch. I will do what you say, and at least turn it off most of the time. I do have high blood pressure, so I cannot afford to get upset. Thank you!😎
