Overall, my 30's were better as this is when both my children were born. Professionally it was much more comfortable to have a paid job a few years into working life rather than to study at university or to be all new in the job.

Sexually, I think my 20's were best, but it's also again great just now.

I had more freedom to do what I wanted in my 20s. For the majority of my 20s, I didn't have to worry about bills as much. I miss just having to worry about grades and nothing else. I miss going out to parties and drinking like there was no tomorrow.

Can't do that now in your 30s... at least I can't.

From a intellectual, spiritual and maturity level yes my 30's are better but I had more fun in my 20's than currently in my 30's.
