My 20s, for sure. I was in my prime, and living the kind of life I wish could go on forever, haha. 30s weren’t as bad as expected, or I guess my life circumstances really went south then, but as far as “being as old as I thought”, not even close. Happy to report the same from my 40s👍 But my 20s, specifically MY 20s…. I wish I could just live that decade over and over again and never have to progress from it.

You would have more life to live in your 20s. If course, people usually preface this by saying: "if I knew then what I know now." Which of course is impossible. Part of maturing is (hopefully) learning from your mistakes. I am happy with my 40s.

In my 20’s, as much as I had potential, I was lost and aimless and felt like a failure as a person. In my 30’s, my prefrontal cortex has FINALLY grown completely and I feel much more confident in my decision-making capabilities. That aimlessness is gone, and I feel much better.

40's. You literally no longer give a damn what others think of you. Yours sex drive is amazing and you have a lifetime of experience to back that fun and the rest of your daily life speed bumps up. Keep a positive attitude and you are unstoppable.

I don't know, older I get the better I am at coping with my emotions and depression. I'm much happier now than I was in my teens and early 20s, and ik myself better. I'm stronger and the best I've ever looked as well. Hopefully that trend continues in my 30s.

I had TONS of great sex in my 30's and hardly any at all in my 20's but, the music and movies in my 20's was MUCH better. Although there were quite a few dark episodes in my 20's, I still kinda see them as highlights.

The 30's have been rough... not gonna lie... I did a lot of dumb shit in my 20's but now when I do dumb shit I realize it's really not cute. However I do feel a lot wiser about life now. Screw em both... bring on the 40's!! Lol

Well I haven’t reached my theories yet. I don’t know if it is going to be better or more depressing than my life aged in my twenties. Nobody can really predict the future very accurately. Things are changing all the time.
