False, nobody watches you more than someone with an obsession, an ex, a jealous SO, pretty much anyone you aren't having sex with, but really wants to have sex/be close with you.
That shit is sending a shiver up my spine while a couple faces go through my head. Women can be just as desperate and creepy there as men, though none will admit to it until you through them out of a moving vehicle and/or call the cops on them.
