These are people - usually either teens or inexperienced adults, and more often they are females - who are looking for overly simplistic answers. They want instant answers because they are desperate to know "if he touches his right eyebrow two times, does that mean he wants me to have his babies?"

I usually avoid them these days. What it means when people ask "what does it (he, or she) mean when..." is that they haven't thought to ask the person who is the only one who can really answer the question.

It's always women who are asking those questions. I got sick of them 4 years ago when I joined this platform. Hasn't gotten any better!
