I think he either forgot this episode of life or is denying it. Gotta realize it's 28 years ago, who knows the crap he's been through since then with wives, kids, businesses, health, how many chicks he's been around... like how many Mrs Universes were draping over him? etc... and how insignificant this woman was. Maybe it was traumpatic for him? maybe... it never happened? It is possible he doesn't remember her vs anything else. That's a stretch though as he seems to have a great memory and is better at poker face. Who knows for sure...

But she didn't prove anything other than she had sex with some guy in the dressing room and that she was an idiot that facilitated it, even as a mature adult woman, but regretted it after he denied it. If it was him, he was aggressive, but she responded. It would have been easy to spit and bite and stomp. she's tall with heels and has a knee, she's a nyer... she isn't stupid... she knows you are stupid because she sells you her books.

So no, he's not guilty. I can see how they slid that direction, but if the woman follows the guy to the changing room (stupid), doesn't object and resist, fight or oppose or declare it to work, report to police, or anything else... kisses him back, plays along, doesn't make noise, etc.. what the heck? Id like to have heard how she described this to other women... and how she'd respond if he had asked her to date and marry. I'd bet $$$,$$$,$$$ she'd say yes because so many women are ___________.

This was pure spite, funded by the left... literally..., to destroy Trump and she was the agent. Conveniently timed with some changed laws in nyc.

I hope trump gets into a position of power where he can rip these people up, just a little bit. they deserve it.

I find it extremely hard to believe that story happened. That woman sounds completely insane, like she didn't just fabricate but flat out fantasizes about that event happening. Unfortunately I've known more than a few women who do have rape fantasies (usually women with massive insecurity), and it's pretty disturbing, but Carol sounds exactly like them.

But more importantly, the jury came to that verdict with exactly zero evidence or firsthand witnesses in a stereotypically flimsy decades-after-it-allegedly-happened case; a total star chamber court with an activist judge, and the "defamation" charge is quite literally just because Trump denied the unprovable claim. If this is going to be the standard for law in the country, we are royally screwed far beyond peoples' seething hatred for political figures; this will be a gateway to shut down or destroy anyone on a whim in the future.

Only two people know the answer to that question with certainty. However, he has decades of sexual allegations against him and has paid off other women. He has a history of forcing himself on women. He’s a sexual predator in the mold of a Bill Clinton. Whether he raped Carroll in that dressing room, I can’t say, but the jury saw he’s the kind of man who is capable of that and his own words and actions came back to haunt him.

Regardless of his being an ex-president part of the political party, a man sexually assaulting a female should not be in a position of power. When I was in foster care, there were a lot of girls that were victims.

Men like this get away with murder because they're billionaires. There are always going to be people that stick up for him, and the ones who do, how would you feel if he did that to your daughter? That's my message. Anyone who defends someone capable of sexual assault has no business around women themselves. It's disgusting!

I saw what some of the girls went through in the foster care system and I felt so bad for them. It's really sad.

It doesn't really matter whether or not Trump is guilt of the crime for which he is accused. As the former President of the United States, one of the most recognizable people on Earth, he made a lot of enemies. Every person who isn't already in agreement with him or came to accept him, despises him. His allies believe he is a political prisoner and his opponents want him dead, so there's not much middle ground to be found. Which is to say, even if he is actually, in fact, innocent of this crime or any other, his guilt is practically a foregone conclusion.

Depending on where the trial takes place, a favorable outcome for him is unlikely. It might not even be possible for a jury to be unbiased in this case, because--unless you've been holed up in a rock for the past 10 years--you know who Trump is and have already judged him accordingly.

No, there was a democrat DA, a democrat judge, a democrat donor that paid for the lawyers, and democrat jurors There were no eyewitnesses in a crowded department store. There was no forensic evidence and there was an old episode of Law and Order SUV that had the same story even the same department store. I think Trump is guilty of numerous offenses, but my opinion is just that: the opinion of some anonymous guy on the internet. It means nothing.

If he's convicted in a court of law, then he's guilty. If he's found innocent, then he's innocent, regardless of my opinion.
