Do you believe Trump is guilty in his four trials unless his lawyers prove without reasonable doubt, that he DID NOT commit those crimes?

Do you believe Trump is guilty in his four trials unless his lawyers prove without reasonable doubt, that he DID NOT commit those crimes?
Innocent til proven guilty, like anyone else. I’m not familiar enough with the law to really say for sure. I feel like he’s certainly done wrong, from the information I have, but there’s an ocean between doing wrong and being convicted of crimes. I have the most confidence in the federal cases, because they have a 90-some% conviction rate. When they come at you, they generally don’t miss. I feel like Trump could skate on some things because what he did, tried to do, or tried to inspire others to do, some of that stuff was just outside of set legal parameters because we clearly hadn’t expected someone in that kind of position to be that abusive of power, and in the ways the power was abused. It just exceeded the imagination, so there probably aren’t a ton of standing laws in place to cover this, so it makes it a legal gray area.
I wouldn’t be confident in his prospects to walk away from 91+ counts unscathed, though. But I’ve never been exceedingly confident in the American justice system, particularly when it comes to the wealthy and influential, so I’m not expecting a clean sweep either. I’m actually shocked he’s being held accountable at all, frankly. That’s not how it usually works in America, historically, rich guys get away with almost everything, seemingly.
he was molested by E Jean Carrol... she baited him by following him into the dressing room. She didn't scream, run for help, scratch, bite. never complained to management? After they were physical, he was so traumatized, he forgot.. or had affairs with others and married others. She apparently didn't forget and didn't complain... probably waiting for him to call again, hoping for a proposal. He never called, she bragged to her friends. she became more liberal and sued him out of spite... like...40 years later... she was looking to embarras him I guess. What woman does that... oh yea... women... spite! He's apparently lying or it never happened or has severe trauma. I wasn't on the jury,... they said it was sexual assault no rape. Trouble is, it's her word vs his and in court generally speaking with minimal evidence... it should be "no". he can't claim she assaulted him because noone would believe it due to sexism. he should have sued the clothing store long ago... knucklehead.
not sure about the election thing, there's indications it was thrown just by the govt suppressing stories via media outlets they control. If trump did that, he'd go to court. since was biden, it's not just ok... it's great!
Inflating value of properties... he has and always does and won't stop because his name is attached. I'll simplify it... if a car says Trump... it's worth 5 million dollars. Remove sticker, it's worth $2000 cash. If some idiot agreed to give him a loan on that, that's their issue. If NYC agreed to collect all the benefits and proceeds, that's on them.
the other X trials... lost track...
does he still owe the piano maker money... he should pay that... jerk!
What an imagination!
@FunkyMonkee I know I'm impressed. TDS does that. Next thing that bright light will say is Trump is responsible for Global Warming, the Chicxulub meteor strike and the Erectile Dysfunction epidemic.
Well, I THINK it was his fault that Lincoln was shot, Trump chopped did George's cherry tree and he DID start the crusades and the plague! The Spanish Inquisition was his, too. You probably weren't even expecting that!
@FunkyMonkee scientifically, it's possible... nothing goes away, just changes form.. Einstein knew that. he may have been Ghangis Khan in prior life... or a flea, we don't know. but we can assume he was and put him on trial for it anyways... why not? You may be thinking "fleas rights", but I'll digress to all the damage he did... he should be held responsible. And if a flea could do that... how much more so trump... ugh.
I neglected to mention, E Jean C is probably right. Possibly, I'll even say... probably... it's not impossible. But then, people do lie, fabricate, or make things up. More than one guy did a lot worse to girls in a car and walked, wrongly in my view... he says she says. If you haven't met a mentally ill woman you should, it's a real treat to see what really goes on in their minds. I as well wonder if she gained some value out of the encounter (e. g. it wasn't rape, she knows that... it was consensual just not pleasant)... but by having such encounter, did that give her things to discuss, open doors to getting the editor job? We don't know the whole picture. Either way, guys should NEVER get aggressive with women like that and especially drunk women and more especially... liberals. We all know Trump is/was lame with women and needed training, that's obvious. But so are so many others. Sadly, the real value from all this, will not be focused on because it's about destroying him so he cannot be el-Presidente. They will succeed, one way or the other...
If not, it's only 4 years... what could go wrong...😹
ugh im exhausted just on that one trial let alone the others. That da! n fake electorates is far more hazardous issue, but I'll let the lawyers deal with that. I know why I keep a long distance from lawyers...
this is why I didn't want trump president, I favored others... all this stuff is getting old and it will keep going until he's out of the picture.
What damage did Trump do? I've been waiting for an answer to that for at least 8 years and, so far, nobody's got one!
We all know people lie. we've been hearing lefties do it non-stop for the past 7 or 8 years! The only time they do is to scream at the sky (which causes global warming!)!!
GETTING old, It's BEEN old for at least 6.5 years!! Did you ever hear of the term, flogging a dead horse? You MUST have! It's what you've been doing for the past 7 or 8 years and I suspect you'll continue for at least 6 or 7 more!!
You should really try to get a job writing fiction novels! Nobody will read them but, give it a try, anyway! At least it'll keep you off the streets and give you something else to do with what little mind you've got.
Oh I'll be voting in the primary before that... March 5.
Yes, and vote for Trump!
I should say... God willing... assuming I'm alive. If I'm recycled into eternity by then, it's someone elses problem. But I suspect... I'll be around.
@FunkyMonkee It's the damage he will do when re-elected. Swamp dwellers will be liquidated in some way. Revenge is sweet and I look forward to his. He will be even meaner this time, uncompromised by wanting to be re-elected.
Fine with me! It just sucks that he's got such a much bigger mess to clean up before he can get started back where he left off. We'd have been SO MUCH more better off by now had Joe not cheated!!
At this point, guilty or no, I just want him and everything surrounding him to fade back in to obscurity so the country can move on. Tired of all these old gas bags trying to run a country they barely have the time left to spend in
It's not just him, now, though. The entire Republican party has supported him since about two weeks after they were in fear of their lives on Jan 6. They've courted unreasonable, hate-filled voters for decades, and now they're realising that they can't be controlled or reasoned with.
Trump is an old “gas bag” he’s like 77-78. I agree Biden is realistically to old, though to imply Trump is young is complete nonsense
And he eats a steady diet of KFC and McDonalds. He is at extreme risk for heart disease
Neither does Biden being 81
@Notherndude84 Age has nothing to do with it! Ability is everything! Joe has no ability!! Trump does!!
My dad died at 81 thanks to cancer but, up until a couple months before he died, he wold get up in the morning, have a cup of coffee and walk 15 to 20 miles up river to get lunch! At his funeral 18 years ago (almost to the day), people asked how old he was. When they found out he was 81, they couldn't believe he was even 61!! Joe can't say that1 He looks at least 91! Trump looks and sounds no more than 55 or 60.
lets go back to his 1st one... the russian probe... completely false and made up... so what's really changed since then... they're still false and made up charges
I don’t know if you know this (you don’t) those weren’t charges.
Well not against him at least. Other people were clipped.
@ChefPapiChulo did you see his court appearnances
what the fuck are you talking about? the ones he's lost recently?
@ChefPapiChulo do they make any fucking sense? trump is going to walk around 5th ave going into women's department stores and going up their skirts to finger them? then rape them but the women doesn't even know what year it was and it was paid for by democrate backers... yeah that sounds real legit
i'm sorry i don't have have 80 IQ, so this one is a bit hard for me to make sense.

No. In criminal trials, he is entitled to a presumption of innocence. In civl trials, the plaintiff or petitioner has the burden of proof.
Yes, I think he is guilty. I'm not sure which 4 you mean though.
In the rape case I'm not sure. He acts and talks like a sexual predator, does not mean he actualy went that far.
In the fraud case I'm sure. The evidence sounds strong. There have been stories about his fraud for decades. Those usually don't stick for that long. Also very white collar so that fits. Still, could be wrong.
In the Georgia case. We heard the call. That was brutal and completely illegal. I'm sure some leaders from banana republics where taking notes.
In the Insurrection Act lawsuit about being on the ballot, see next point. I'm sure though that he will not lose this court case.
The coupe d'etat case is very interesting. Either everyone around him conspired to commit insurrection without telling Trump, or he might have been involved. And even if he never ordered the insurrection, he sure as hell gave everyone the impression this was what he wanted. Words matter. Under Civil Law he would definitely be guilty as charged. Under Common Law (as used in the US), I'm not sure. Your system of law is a bit wacky at times.
Nope. After I watched bullshit like that Russian collusion shit play out... I don't even look into any of that bullshit anymore. I assume he's innocent until proven guilty...
So what's the score on things he's been accused of vs. proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt?
Yeah... it's looking like some stupid bullshit more and more with every new thing they come up with.
Tax dollars go into all that time-wasting bullshit? How much? How much would it cost to feed some homeless vets?
Depends on who you ask.
Trump supporters will say 'NO' automatically without even thinking about it like the good little nazis that they are. No point in arguing with someone who's in a cult.
I'm not well aware of all the details and evidence of each trial, but if he is found guilty, I trust that the prosecutors will work hard to provide airtight arguments that can't be denied by reasonable people... written judgements that comprehensively prove in great detail how and why trump is guilty of the crime (s) that he is accused of.
Of course, hardcore trump supporters are not by any means reasonable people and would never read something like that, but at least it would show to those who still can be reasoned with that it was all done by following the rules and procedures of U. S. justice.
look at the wording "prove not did crime" that is stalin communist style.
everyone is innocent until "prove guilty" that is the proving. everyone "even" trump who people hate. public enemy number one?
that phone in your hand prove you didn't steal it? or smuggle it?
since everone "even" trump is still innocent until proven, therefore any libel or slander is at the time WHEN innocent! instant guilt for slander.
what i "think about these court cases," if they were real then the same year as the "alleged crime" should seek punishment but not! because trump never did those crimes.
courts should didmiss these political motivation false accusations until after elections.
@strateguy632
If the accusations are false, why would anything have to wait until after the election?
And if he is in fact guilty, wouldn't you like to know that before the you elect him?
Yes, I believe he's guilty. That has nothing to do with the final verdict. If any of them (assuming they finally get to trial) return a not guilty verdict, I will assume the verdict is wrong.
If I were sitting on one of the juries, I would take the opposite position and require the prosecution to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. Emphasis on "reasonable".
What I see on here, though, are oceans of unreasonable doubt that's obvious just from what's come out so far into the public view.
Trump hardly ever claims not to have done the things he's accused of, he just ridiculously claims he was allowed to. He was not.
He is being lugged for a crime with no victim, a crime that is not a crime, a crime based on a lie and another crime from a crazy woman who accused Trump of rape 30 years ago with no evidence and no witnesses. In a real court of law the DAs would be fired.
Trump is guilty of election fraud, no doubt in my mind.
Trump raped EJ Carol no doubt (proven)
Trump is guilty of sedition (yet to be proven)
Trump started an insurrection ( yet to be proven)
Trump illegally stole classified documents (easily proven)
Altogether 93 or so felony charges against him
probably. but i don't think that makes him any worse than biden or any president before him tbh. i think trump just angered too many powerfull people and he can be lucky he doesn't live in the time, where the powers who want to get rid of a president have to resort to murder anymore.
Yes…BUT this is the textbook definition of lawfare and throwing the book at someone to target them. Why? Because if you dedicated the same time and resources to investigating all of our rulers, then you’d probably find something with which to charge literally all of them.
tldr; he’s probably guilty, but it’s clear that he’s being singled out.
What will the Democrats spend our money on if Trump doesn’t get elected? I find it amazing how many skeletons are in the closet of these judges, government officials and DA’s trying to hold an illegitimate court of law. How many attempts will it take until someone says enough?
At least in baseball. The pitchers get four attempts to make a you swing and if not. You get a free stroll to first base! Trump should be taking his walk out of the court rooms and allowed to have a life!
Almost every President in the last 150 years or so has had "dirty laundary" from their time in office, but none have been gone after as much as Trump has. This shows that extreme politics have taken over based on that there is no "middle ground" anymore that the politicians in the past on both sides strived for. Time to vote out both the Democrats and Republicans out of power.
Four trials? I lost track. However I think for some offences he was already found guilty, for example in the fraud trial there were no disputed facts. In the defamation trial I believe the prosecution had already proved their case and Trump simply repeated the claims he was just convicted for so they will move straight to deciding damages.
You really don't understand the legal process so you? But hey, neither do Trump's lawyers.
He is the second coming of Lawdy Jeebus.
I bet at the trial will come out that he slipped on a communist banana peel, lost balance and his dick crashed into Stormy Daniels. A real bummer.
Not at all. This is the only way Democrats can win.
Is he guilty or will he be found guilty? Those are two ompletely different things.
In the capitalist world, every successful businessman or woman is probably guilty of something.
you don't like to stand up for anything do you tom... let me tell you something trump has been enduring fake charges since or before he's become president... take much of his charges they're not exactly breaking laws... eg for the thoughts in his head
It's starting to feel like its innocent for Democrats, and if guilty they should be given a free pass. For Republicans its guilty until proven innocent
Doesn’t matter what I believe. It matters what the courts decide. I think trump has always been an unethical piece of shit tho. I would am not surprised he is being prosecuted by everyone.
Dunno if he is guilty on all charges but he was pretty stupid to brag about possessing illegal documents and then not burning them before investigators got a search warrant.
Throw him with the book.
Yes. Technically innocent until proven guilty, but we all saw and heard what he did.
Not anymore guilty than biden and his coke snorting son 🤣
What is Biden guilty of?
Oh that right Republicans have been investigating him for 2 years and found nothing. It’s called running cover for Trump
No this is just politicians playing dirty as always.
that creature was breaking every law that he could before I was even born.
if there's a law, Trump'll break it. Trump has made it clear day that he has love respect for laws.
All very convenient
Absolutely not, not even a single charge.
How can you come to that conclusion so assuredly when you have not seen all the evidence? Nor the defence for that matter?
@RainbowMarinade He's in a cult.
@Danzigdawson
Some of them certainly are.
And some just repeat what they hear on Tim Pool’s podcast. 🤷♀️
@Juxtapose
Really? That’s your response?
Did Tim Pool tell you that? 😂🤣😂🤣
@Juxtapose
You know what they say about those who assume, right?
@Juxtapose
So if I’m not listening to Tim Pool, I must be listening to CNN? LMAO
That’s fucking brilliant. 😂🤣
“You don’t agree with me, so YOU MUST WATCH CNN.” Be honest with me. Is that point number one your approved talking point list? It’s almost like a default with you people. Like trained seals, you all say exactly that same thing. While it’s always amusing to see it used so repetitively, it rarely moves the conversation forward.
I did ask how you can so confidently conclude that Trump is not guilty when you don’t know what the evidence is. I noticed that you completely ignored that in your effort to defend your preference for Tim Pool.
Oh, and independent journalists? You crack me up
😂
@RainbowMarinade What a dumbass.
@Juxtapose
Meh! I’m not wrong 🤷♀️
@Juxtapose Name-dropping logical pitfalls to appear educated is not exactly a substitute for an intelligent and informed argument... which you don't have.
@Juxtapose
Which part is the straw man?
Did you not make these comments…?
“says the idiots who believe the mainstream media”
“Better mask up cus CNN tells you too ”
“don't pretend like you don't follow corporate news like a puppet.”
It’s not a straw man that I encountered this speech by a majority of those on the right. It’s not a straw man that you all use the same words.
You call it a straw man so you can ignore it and pretend that you have more than just some Right Wing Talking Points, provided by Tim Pool.🤷♀️ I calls em as I sees em.
That last post you made is funnier than the “independent journalists” claim. 😂🤣
It's a dirty witch hunt.
Hell no
