I neither think Feminism was fucked from the start, nor do I think it is fucked right now. Americans likes to think that feminism is on the backfoot because there is such heavy opposition of it from their point of view, but it appears they are missing the part where feminism is actually winning and continues to change society all around the world. You are so focused on the minutia that you are missing the bigger picture.

Feminism has always been a mixed bag, but its original plight was valid and justified. But today it is a movement that has achieved all f its original goals so it has to continually invent issues and keep women angry in order for the movement to survive. It is a movement looking for a cause that does far more harm than good.
