Should we call women "queens" instead of "chicks" and "females"?

In Sweden the word for Woman is "kvinna", which shares the same root as the word Queen. For man, it's just man. Same word.

What would the point be? It would inflate egos for about a month and then make the word queen worthless. It would be the same as if you started calling dicks "The Godhammer" or something like that.

Even if you could force people to say it, the words would lose meaning after a while.

A word intended to designate a group as having special traits or importance should be reserved for that group, or in overuse, it loses its meaning. What's the value in being a queen if the only requirement is chromosomal?

And while it may be anecdotal, I have in my day known very few women who were worthy of being lumped in with Freddie Mercury.
